Winter Mercato 11'/12'
As much as I wish Milan not renewing guys like Ambro, Zambro, Yepes, Bonera, Slowdorf, Gattuso, Flamini, MVB, Pippo and Roma, I doubt Milan will let them all go. Am pretty sure Pippo, Roma, Yepes and Flamini will be gone but the rest I doubt, since it is only NOV and not May. As fans and MGT, we all have short memories span, as long as those players perform well by May, they will probably all sign 1yr extension. Look at it this way, when Pato was scoring and Ibra was not, a lot of people here kept saying Ibra is not worth his wages and Milan is better off without him.....but now nobody seems to complain about how much Ibra makes.
Jay crisp totally agree but would like to add he is one of smartest footballers around this guys runs is own charities business and brands in spare time plus tactical and technical knowledge is unbelievable, that why in my opinion he would be a brilliant option as a youth team coach maybe for the Allievi Regionali/ under 16 upwards if he was able to translate the technical aspects to the kids.

As for Flamini he is a player allegri seems to prefer although he may be injured at the moment when he comes back he will probably feature in the first team the only aspect which might get in the way would be an objection to a wage reduction but flamini seems to want to stay at milan so i would think he might be willing to take the financial hit. In addition you have to factor in the cost of a replacement a player of his description most sane club owners/ management team would want 5-10 million euros is that money milan really need to spend on another holding midfield player i don't think so.

As for incoming players i have little hope of a big name signing personally i would love some like lucas moura to come this winter transfer window even if he isn't want the team needs in terms of a replacement for dmf alas i think we are going to get bumped again.
I just want to see one thing, that is: whoever we buy is what we need, and what Allegri wants. We have, in the past, made several purchases for the president (e.g. Ronaldinho) or even for some agent (e.g. Oliveira).
for all this tevez talk my thoughts are this.
getting tevez is a must, and this is why
Tevez would be either or best or second best striker no questions asked, he is better than pato, robinho, and cassano. meaning it is only going to bring competition, and competition is good for the soul. the weakest just gets sold. also tevez would mean we would be that much closer to one of Europes best. And for all his off pitch issue, to me that is the least, alot of players have off pitch issues, i believe if tevez is shown respect, he will play, and play well.

the only player i would prefer to get over tevez is Hulk, and because i think he can really develop into something special
What is or are Tevez off pitch issues?

To me I think they are all overblown.

makes no sense, if we are loaning him, thats where milan test what kind of player he is, and whether to keep him or not.
I think we want to make sure that we can count on his service, six months or long term.

so I actually think it makes sense; it is just quite insulting if I was Tevez; then again, if I was crazy, I wouldn't care. Grinundwech
With all these tevez rumours and a slight interest in podolski, id be rather disappointed if we end up signing maxi lopez..
