POTENTIAL means you are not doing anything now and you have not done anything before... this should be considered when buying youth... its always a gamble...

We are so painfully weak in the midfield, that I am surprised that there is no mentioning of Hernanes and Jucilei. You guys know how much I value Brasileiro's opinions, and I am really hopeful that we can get at least one of them and feel the instant impact.
I don't think either one has EU status, but if we are going to sell Taiwo as suggested by some media, we can have two spots.

^^ Hernanes is already playing in Italy so it doesn't take away from your Non-EU spots if he transfers from Lazio to us. Hitmann raised a good point though. I don't see the management letting the whole year go by without us using our Non-EU transfer spot. We better buy someone good in January..preferably a good midfielder. I need a fresh name to put on a jersey and Aquilani just doesn't do it for me.

How about you don't even mention that? Newspapers will start to make rumours about a Beckham return to Serie A..then Galliani might start to get some bright ideas. His term at the MLS is just about done right?

Beckham had an amazing game in the MLS cup final.... and would have experience... just saying!!

I am sure that our management will use the non-EU spot, but it can be somone like Viudez - some purchase just so that we can fill the spot - which would not be good enough at all. |
