can play anywhere in mid and forward.

His best performances came as CAM. But like I said, good on both wings. Similar to Diaz in that he can be useful because of his versatility. 
I think Diaz has more raw talent but is inconsistent, and average decision making. He has gotten used to the league now and is still young but Real want good money for him.
Diaz is older, has more experience, is generally more consistent. Is a better passer IMO, but has a temper that he's been lucky to get away with at times. And there's always the risk of signing a player and them not fitting the system or the league. But he comes for free.

I think its a no brainer but I suppose we'll see how it all pans out. The Key will be convincing him to come to us instead of the other options. I think Arsenal is the only real competition. Would be stupid to pick the others over Milan but Arsenal would throw a bunch of money his way to try to convince him to come over.

Based on what? Youtube clips? He's been playing miles better than Everton Soares has and he's consistently done it for a few years now. 


well he plays on the right too and I think does better there being a right footer without the tendency to cut in. Could be he comes in to replace Samu.

So Mandzukic and Meite both pretty much official. I have a strange feeling we'll sign Papu Gomez, I did read rumours of Conti going back to Atalanta in a swap deal but these were a couple weeks ago.

I think we will be very pleasantly surprised with Mandzukic. He fits the system very well and I don't think there was a better option out there for less than 30-40m which I believe we couldn't spend at this time.
