Zlatan Ibrahimovic

on a serious note, Ibrahimovic should talk less, less media publicity with lions and tigers, ... he should work his ass off and deserve the millions he is getting... tired of his injuries, San remo's, Swedish NT actions.... concentrate on ACM and lead the group to glory. that's what he is being paid for.

Totally agree. It's been too much.

The last part doesn't only apply to Ibrahimovic though. At this level, at a club like Milan, you need to be a 24-hours-a-day athlete and absolutely everything you do should be done to maximize the possibility of your team's success. If something distracts you from that, just drop it.

Unfortunately we lost that tradition for a while now by signing players who come here and simply don't care.

I feel the same way. I am hopeful that he has realized that his ego is hurting the team. I think he is mature enough and knows what he is doing.

I think we may have overpaid him (referring to the contract next year), but it is not outrageous and still worth it. He is after all a champion, and we have not had a true champion like him for a long time. His influence on and off the pitch can't truly be measured by money only.

This is not just our tradition lost. It is happening to the entire football world.

In fact, I would argue that Milan still attracts a good number of loyal and passionate players these days. That's probably because we are still benefiting from the past glory (when those players were young and started following football), but if we continue this dreadful form for another decade, the future generation may not know who Milan is anymore.

of course he is the leader, alpha and omega of the team , and i was the happiest when he joined us. yet, his attitude made me angry a bit recently...San Remo , than swedish NT with his 40 years, than the rift with Lukaku, than the red card in Parma ... all things that have influenced badly the team. His presence in the team means a second coach on the pitch, so i expect him do what Baresi used to do in the early 90s. With 40 , i expect people be more mature, less egocentric, more an example for the young bimbs.

He was more humble (surprise, surprise Big Grin) and appreciative in his recent interview, and that gives me hope that he has matured more and will cut the crap.

The bottom line is, I believe that he is smart and knows what he is doing.
