Yeah, if we're gonna sell somebody, those two are the most reasonable options to leave. I still rate Leao. He's super talented. He's just so brittle, confidence-wise, and he misses far too many chances to be depended reliably. But, getting 60-70m from both of them plus another 40m or so from the CL money, it's a huge sum of money.

Rumors saying Romagnoli wants to go so he'll likely be gone. Leao will depend on what Pioli wants to do with him and what kind of offer comes in.
Zappacosta would be a good player to have in the team.

Yep. I think so too. Especially considering they needed the loan to be able to pay the players they've bought and pay wages. A decent chunk of that is nothing more than keeping up with payments. doesn't look good for them.

I don't know that Conte will leave his big salary. Ideally, he'd like to get fired. On the other hand, Suning doesn't have to fire him, as long as they can pay him. In the meantime they can sell whoever they want. Conte can't do a thing about it. And from what I've seen, it's not about making big purchases, but about selling his players. Apparently, even with the loan they took up, they still need to make some 80+mil in sales. And Conte is hitting his pants that they'll sell a couple of his starters and then obviously not replace them.
One thing is for sure...Inter will not be making any moves on the market this summer. I just wonder who they'll sell. Lautaro? Skriniar? De Vrij? Maybe Lukaku?

So I'm not expecting fireworks. I think we'll see investment, but sensible one. Maybe, maybe, if we make a big sale, we'll see a bigger purchase. But otherwise, I expect a "creative" market, as Paolo calls it.

I think they'll be forced to sell. The question is who gets sold. Who's got the money to spend what guys like Lautaro, Skriniar, De Vrij, Lukaku are actually worth.
I'm fine with the creative market. That got us Bennacer, Tomori, Theo and now potentially Maignan.

If Merda go down, Paolo will be waiting at the door for Barella and maybe Bastoni. 
It doesn't mean he will get either but he'll be there.
