So was watching an Italian analyst last night, they talked briefly about Milan. He said from his sources Milan management have been discussing signing a couple of young players to intensify their youth project, but the main priority with their return to champions league is to go after experienced players. He mentioned that it was also Ibra's suggestion to management to sign some more experienced players.

It seems so, Ramos, Pjanic & Giroud are all names being linked. Even De Paul is in his prime, wouldn't say he's a youth prospect. With such a young team I don't think we should be totally against signing some oldies this summer. Will definitely lift our chances of competing in CL and in the league, enough so that we stay in the loop & the longer we stay in the top positions the more $ and project building we can do.

Totally unrelated, but look at what's happening to Merda. Teams low balling their players which they'll have to sell 1 or 2 of, knowing their situation I guess these teams are hoping on a bargain. Apparently Atletico is the only team to formally present an offer to them & it was worth just under 50m. All reports saying they need to raise 80m from player sales to balance things out.

Most of the news related to Merda financial conditions are completely fake, don't trust the Italian media too much many of them are funded by Rube and Cairo. 
Though Merda has to sell 1 or 2 players but it's not like like they will have to sell literally every of their WC players. That's not like the situation of Cragnotti's Lazio in early 2000s of their bankruptcy.

Doubt that's true. It is not like they couldn't get a job. I read that defending French champions just lost their starting goalkeeper and freed up a spot and £1,248,000 salary space (not sure if that's before or after tax). [source: https://salarysport.com/football/player/mike-maignan/].
