Bailey is a left sided player, no ? It means Hauge and Leao would be gone. Bailey needs defensive improvement, but he would be very good here. 
Real Madrid wanted Brahim to leave for playing time without losing control over him meanwhile Milan pushed to include a buyout clause. The two clubs, therefore, have compromised into agreeing a two-year loan deal that should be finalised in the next few hours

If we somehow can get Bailey and Luis Alberto, i will scream of joy. But no doubt we then need to offload, Leao, Pobega, and Hauge. They will give around 50 mill. Then we will use Romagnoli bait to get Luis Alberto for discount. Maybe 25 mill for Alberto + Roma. Bailey i think we need to cash out atleast 35.

Bailey and Luis Alberto will make this mercato shoot up to in rankings. Will give the ranking IF* they happen
 *based on the signs so far, the IF is very big.

Yea, Bailey is a left footer that plays on the right. I wonder what happened with all the Ikone links?
Bailey would cost a lot of money though, so I doubt it. Anyway, it'd take some massive cash to buy L.Alberto. but he would equally be massive for this lineup. He is twice the player Hakan is...although doesn't contribute as much in the defensive phase. If we can use Romagnoli in the negotiations, it could be possible. There was also mention of Leao, but I doubt Leao would accept going to Lazio. One thing's for sure...we are definitely looking for attacking 3rd options and it's likely more then 1 player arrives there.

According to Mario Cortegana of Goal Espana, Real Madrid and Milan have finalised the details for the return of Brahim, who will go out on loan for two seasons this time instead of the season-long dry loan that he arrived on last summer.
However, there will be no option to buy that Milan can exercise contrary to most reports in Italy because Real Madrid never considered the idea of losing control of the 21-year-old, who himself did not consider the idea of permanently joining Milan. Milan will take on his full salary and will pay Madrid an amount that could exceed €3m for the two year loan. 2 year paid loan with no option. I'm not too bothered about the Diaz loan without an option. It's a very low cost deal for us AND it's 2 years. I don't see him as anything more then a backup anyway. So whatever.
The only way to convince Real of the option, is to make it super high. But then what's the point. We know it's not going to be exercised. Bayern did it with James and with Coutinho. Everyone knew they won't pay that money and at the end they just sent them back to Real and Barca, respectively. It worked for everyone involved for the time being. This will also work for everyone involved during these 2 years. I'd rather not spend cash on backups now. And that's all Brahim is for me. |
