Summer mercato 2021
Tuttosport writes how Milan supporters are angry with Kessie because – in the middle of the summer transfer market – he said in an interview that he wanted to renew and would stay at the club for as long as he is wanted.

He then reassured the fans by telling them to be calm because he is a man who keeps his promises, but a month and a half later Kessié’s contract renewal with Milan has not yet arrived and the rumours that are emerging are far from encouraging.

The paper confirms that Milan offered €6.5m net as a pay rise but there is a higher offer received by George Atangana from PSG. Many now can’t wait to show the Ivorian all their disappointment and all their contempt for the current situation, which could mean a hostile atmosphere on Sunday.

Tasty atmosphere at the weekend...
With Tonali looking like he is ready for a breakout season, I would seriously consider benching Kessie. All the hostility he is going to face from the fans is going to create problems for him to perform. And since we have some depth there, it might be worth it for us to send a strong message and just let his lying ass rot on the bench. And if he is going to bitch and make a scene, fine him, we aren't friends any more anyway.
You play the best player at your disposal. We are not in a position where top four is guaranteed. I hope for all that Tonali takes that step, but until he does there are points to play for.

Also, Kessie may be sellable in January. If he boosts his own stock with continued good performances then teams are more willing to fight for him then. We shouldn’t alienate him. This sucks, but it’s the modern game. Also before we worry too much, Kessie hasn’t shown himself to be more than a systems player. He was mediocre until the double pivot. He’s crazy to ask for so much.
According to Calciomercato.com, Kessie’s future seems to be ‘further and further away’ from the Rossoneri. The negotiations over the extension of his deal have stalled and the distance is unlikely to be bridged between offer and demands.

Time to move on from this mercenary.
Ah just let him go and have peace in house. Carefully now with Theo and Bennacer.

Not when that said player is acting .

If all the stories are true. He should benched. This is how you make a statement,  same as Maldini did the moment we got MM from lille.

This is where I have envy for inter. They lost lukaku and hakimi (sales) but they made signings immediately to fill voids to the best of their ability  and they will still probably  fight for top 3.

We just lose players for free because our management is never in the driver seat. We should of sold donnafk last summer, same as any player who receives $$$$ interest from rich clubs.

I'm not saying sell the next coming of kaka, ibra etc just for big bucks if the players are loyal and want to remain and work with the club etc.

CM Milan and Roma are considering signing Zenit striker Sardar Azmoun  for free
In an ideal world Azmoun would be Ibrahimovic's replacement and Pellegri comes good and takes over Giroud in two year's.

I think it's too late for him to renew. People already "hating" him for not being honest or respecting the club and its fans.
