SportMediaset are reporting that Milan bought the Senegal international from Monaco in the summer for €4m, but the management and coaching staff have seen that he is struggling a lot at the start of the season and for this reason it is not excluded that the club could let him leave on loan in January.

We are linked to Andrea Cambiaso.  He has been played RB at Genoa but is more a LB. Maybe we can do an exchange. Though I would expect Ballo-Toure to be loaned.

At least he would get experience in Italy with less pressure. It might be what he needs while Cambiaso looks very promising.
It seems Fodé Ballo-Tourè's style is line hugging and staying wide, which is mathematically different to Theo who loves cutting inside and sending early crosses.

But both his style and the abilities to support such style are atrocious.

He needs time but maybe another team could be the practical match for him.
I’m really excited to have this guy. I’m not sure where he will play for us, but he has skill.

Great skill, and great vision. I don't know where he plays either. He seems everywhere.  Okmilan

That would be encouraging news. If it is true, it shows that he genuinely wants to stay.

He had a good game against Udinese,  I think he scores too.

He made his debut last season and he is now first team player at Panathinaikos Athens. He is just 19/20 y.o. and he has the same style like Bennacer. Not ready for starting 11 at ACM, but great potential and enormous work rate..
Milan have cast aside the idea of signing winger Romain Faivre from Brest in January for the time being, according to a report.

According to a report from Sky, Junior Messias will in fact be regarded as a ‘new purchase’ and will become the first alternative to Alexis Saelemaekers, which of course further reduces the playing time possibilities for Samu Castillejo.

If the Spaniard were to leave the Rossoneri then directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara would look for a pure playmaker as they did over the summer and therefore not Faivre, over whom Milan have cut off contacts with Brest. The management are already on the hunt for a new talent.
Sportsmedia provide an update of the contract status of three Milan stars:
Theo Hernandez, whose contract runs until 2024 and whose desire is to stay at Milan because he is happy and feels like a valued part of the project. The Frenchman’s request for a €4m net per season salary coincides with the Rossoneri’s offers, implying there should be no problems..

Ismael Bennacer’s contract is also due to expire in two and a half years and he would like to double his current pay from €1.5m to €3m net per season, but for now the Milan management are only offering €2.5m, but there is a minimal distance therefore.

Finally there is Rafael Leao whose contract runs for the same duration as the aforementioned duo. The Portuguese winger earns €2m per year and he wants double that to extend, leaving Milan to reflect with no mention of an offer made
