I do appreciate the current state of Juventus. I hope that nobody is writing them off and everyone will take them seriously when facing them. Who knows when they may just sneak their way back in, so the more pain inflicted on them, the better. Ideally they will continue to be seen as a threat until their eventual and complete demise. I still rue the fact that last season, they just snuck into CL in the final moment, and as a direct result, we got less CL money (Italian market pool), and in a long shot (ripple effect), we may not be drawn into such a stupid group, and we would still be playing now.

I don't know what's their financial situation, if this investigation blocked their funds or if they have any,  but lot will depend on winter mercato for them. With few quality reinforcements they can became threat. If they keep this squad - I doubt.

Interesting. Should that happen (will that happen immediately?), what will happen to the rest of the Serie A season? Will all teams automatically get a bye (and 3 points) when scheduled to face them? What about the results of games they had played before? Will there be a new team promoted to replace them (can't see that happening)? So many questions. 

They should, instead, kick out Inter Merda for their financial mess since last season, and permanently set the size of Serie A back to 18 teams.

Well, there are 4 solutions :
- teams with a win against them : - 3 on the ranking
- teams with a draw : - 1 on the ranking
- teams with a loss : nothing happens
- teams with no game against : nothing happens, but that means they have one more game played

Inter - 40 points
Milan - 36 points instead of 39
But Inter will have one more game played compared to us.

Just let them finish the season. Letting them start it was incompetent to begin with. So why change that midseason?

The rule is/was clear. The same owner can't have 2 teams in the same division. But they let it happen anyway by extending deadlines in order to find a buyer. It's fine. I don't completely disagree with that as there are so many people unfairly affected (players, fans, coaches, staff, etc, etc) and not just ownership (Lottito). But why make a deadline by midyear? To me that was dumb. Either let them finish the entire season and make the deadline by next summer, or don't let them in at all. Because now you have a real problem on your hands that affects not just that 1 particular club's fans/coaches/players/etc....but it affects another 19 clubs and their fans/staff/etc. Another "brilliant" idea by Italian authorities. I swear...these people managed to turn the greatest league in the world into an absolute joke in the matter of 15-20 years. And then STILL have the face to stand and talk about the reasons and potential solutions - see Galliani's interview recently.
