So at a point we need to inject proven talent. Is it too much to ask for just one or two per season? Like in the striker position, we can't make a move for someone like Origi? Scamacca? I don't think we are that poor.

I don't disagree but I think we are still in a building phase. A player whose value has suddenly jumped (Scamacca as an example) is unlikely.
