"The bid on the table was €150k for the loan deal plus an option to buy set at €350k, but that has not been enough to convince Cesena, while the player himself was not too convinced about the idea of leaving a team where he is getting consistent first team minutes and joining the Primavera at Milan."

Should probably let him stay at Cesena until the end of the season. He wouldn't contribute to the first team already anyway.

2025: Milan offer 5M loan with 30M buy option rejected by Sassoulo.
Forza Diavolo ale!!!
AC Milan’s business for the January transfer window appears to be over as Samu Castillejo will not be joining Valencia, a report claims.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, Samu Castillejo will remain at Milan as the potential transfer of the Spanish winger to Valencia did not go through, with the LaLiga side instead on the verge of signing Bryan Gil from Spurs on loan.

Been more or less dropped but still won't leave. Parasite.

So we're taking Lille's GK , best forward, best midfielder and best CB ? They're going to hate us like Fiorentina hate Jube!

Milan are interested in making a last minute move for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli.

both reported by GdS

We won't have the funding needed for Isak or David lol. We can't compete at that level financially.
Milan made a late attempt to sign Renato Sanches for €25m + bonuses, but "the negotiations got stuck because of the very high demands of the player regarding salary" according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

Also: "There was not enough time to negotiate and get the entire package agreed, but even though the operation was unsuccessful and there doesn’t seem to be much of a chance of it happening tomorrow either, Sanches is still a very welcome profile that could be pursued again in the summer" from same source.

Will his demands be lower in the summer??
Scamacca rejected Dortmund to stay in Italy. Inter and Milan still interested.

Exactly, if we can't get an agreement right now with him, why would it be different in a few months? We also met with Mendes a couple of weeks ago, so it's weird that we didn't know what Sanches' demands were. Meanwhile, affordable options like Nandes and Zakaria fly off the board costing absolutely nothing and we sat on our asses watching. This management needs some deal makers man.

A loan + option for a 500K total ? Just pay the 500K and yes, leave him at Cesena.

Even Serie C clubs will laugh at us now. 500K and we're trying to wheel and deal on that total. Cesena could probably afford 500K!

How fucking embarrassing if that's true.

This is what makes me think this is not how it went down. We would know Renato's request.

It's probably more likely Lille would reject since they wouldn't have time to get a replacement  or something along those line's.

I see some report's saying thing's look good, but cautious for Sanches in the Summer.
Cathal Heffernan ,  The Ireland under-17 centre-back and captain,  has signed a short-term loan deal with Italian giants AC Milan with a view to sign on permanently in the Summer.

I guess Maldini kept his word and signed a CB!
Silly season alright lol. I read the other day that Sanches was close to signing for Spurs or something like that. Now he almost signed for us lol

The player I'm perhaps most sad to see go to another club is Julian Alvarez. Man City signed him, but the kid is almost certainly going to be something special. He looks like a damn fine replacement for Aguero for them. He was linked to us many times if you recall... I guess we had no chance anyhow.
There are mixed reports on Sanches. Some say we failed to agree in a last minute bid while others say that it's all set for the summer and talks have been going on for weeks.

I am sceptical about January news regarding summer moves. More often then not they are media fabricated stories. Unless the player comes and has a medical, like Adli did for example, there is no 100% deal.

Who knows. But at this point, it's pretty sure we're staying as we are until June.
