Apparently Bennacer and Leao contracts have been "almost done" for a few weeks.
Freaks me out given the way other contracts have been handled.
Will be a huge relief once they've been announced as official. 
Bennacer starting to regain form and looks quality with the Tonali partnership. 
And Leao... well... nothing needs to be said there.

While Adli can play CAM, he mainly plays as a loose CM. just like Renato Sanches can play CAM but excels as a CM.
We'd have options but theyd be taking away from the CM position.
Kramaric would add a completely different dynamic. It's something we should look at BUT only if it's at a salary that works for us. 


yeah. I wouldn't send him back. He's handy but I see him more as a Super Sub than a starter. 
Plus, as has been said, I think he'd do better if there was more options in front of him.

I also noticed Adli likes to drift out wide and play a deep winger role at times. Every highlight reel and match I've watched he frequently does that. He's an all around threat and can play any position in the midfield tbh.

that's why I suggested he's more a loose CM. Would work well in a midfield 3. drifts too much I think to play as CAM but I suppose that could be changed. I've just got visions of Paqueta again. where he gets told to play one place and ends up just doing his thing which doesn't work iwht the team. Similarly here, if Adli is drifting to a deep winger sort of position then he's not in the CAM position where he is needed.
on the plus side, that sort of playing suits us if we bring in a Berardi type player as Adli will do all the hard work leaving Berardi to do the attacking work.
If we get Sanches I'd be starting Sanches Tonali with Bennacer sitting just behind. we could then easily switch out one of them with Diaz to have the CAM or switch out Sanches/Tonali with Aldi for something a little different.
