All the mentioned players had rough patch in their careers during their time in England. They needed to move and probably to a European league club to stay in touch for England NT

As I said, dream would be Kante. But Jorginho would definitely be great.

Jorginho and Kante are really good players, but i dont know if i want to sacrifice Tonali and Bennacer for them. Both are in the 30 years old. If they can accept to not be regulars, then OK, but i i will never sacrifice a bandiera as Tonali.

I would rather have Kovacic, in his prime, class to watch but can he be a replacement for Kesshit

I wouldn't mind seeing either one of Benn or Sandro further up the pitch. 

Kante and Jorginho are smoke dreams anyway.

Realistic target from Chelsea and one we should look for-

Kovacic
Chebaloh - Next Tomori?
Conor Gallagher - great season at Palace
Armando Broja 

And look for non English youth players, Chelsea has one the best Youth academy

He has developed well. Quite here and there but most players go through that. 
Against Bologna he seemed to play AM, so that's interesting. 
Juric wants to keep him and we know Juric is good with youngsters.
