Maldini lining up summer big move for Joao Felix.
Apparently we are completely unimpressed with Brahim Diaz, and having a capable trequartista is a top priority for Pioli's system. Dybala doesn't fit the profile due to age.

Agreement reached for Renato Sanches: 4.5m euros on 4 year contract with 500k in additional performance related bonuses.

I don't think Felix would be much better than Brahim. Maybe he can grow here but at 70M , that's a massive risk

As for Renato,  we've been about to sign him forever! Lol
Gazzetta reports Milan are lining up Gabriel Jesus this summer.
If we really want an upgrade of Diaz: who is only good at agility and ball control. Weak shooting and no clue when to pass.

There is Raspadori.

And there is a more inspiring option: Marco Nasti!!!

Huge fan of Raspadori. Would 100% rather him than Felix.
Plus Raspadori fits as a CAM/LW/ST so gives us options depending on what is needed in the game.

Nasti needs to be given some senior time. as does anyone else showing some promise. either give them some game time or loan them to a Serie B/C team that will give them the game time but they need to be playing senior football somewhere as soon as possible for their development.

Wouldn't mind that at all. Sagrin

I feel the same way too.  Okmilan
Raspadori is too short. We need some height. Even now with Giroud, we barely have any credibility on corners or set pieces. In a midfield without Kessie, we will never win any aerial duels from MM. He may be a nice change up option to a target man but at the price Sassuolo will inflate for him no thanks. Just buy Scamacca and get it over with before Inter realize what they need (or the money to buy it).

If the summer transfers are as they say, our mids will include Tonali, Adli, Sanchez, Benna and maybe Pobega. Minus Pobega those are some really aggressive ball players. I e we I see if we are shaping up for a flat mid three.

i prefer raspadori over scamacca, he got more technique, scamacca lack the decisiveness of a striker imo, but not a bad player, just like how ibra is when he is at ajax imo.

Agree about Raspadori, I don't think Felix is a viable option either.

Nasti begins to play for 1st team next year is also a nice option, but just for a few matches.

Raspadori played his first senior match for Sassuolo when he was 18
Diaz also played his first senior match for Man City when he was 18

Nasti is almost 19 now (born September 2003)

The only think I dislike related to Diaz is we are seem to develop a talent for Real, why can't we make some room for our own talent?

Let imagine we give Nasti the same amount of time we has given to Diaz.

Nasti is listed as 179cm tall and could be taller in reality (normal with youngster who not yet finish growing), good with both feet, in the air and not selfish.

Pioli & Maldini know better if we should move him directly to 1st team, but as a fan, it is an option that I love.
And my humble opinion about developing talents is:
- Younger than 19, should play seldomly as the body is not finish developing, or will get injured often in later stage. There were: Deisler, Pato, Paloschi, Fati, Pellegri...
- Begin to play more at 19, and increasing play time. Messi is a nice example.
