I miss our "locals"... Piacenza and Vicenza... Hopefully one day they will return, but it's seems unlikely at the moment...

And congrats to Salernitana. New owner promised survival when he took over, it's delivered.

Love how Inter fans are talking about this being the "weakest" Serie A in a long time and how the fact we haven't lost in so long is proof of that. Haha the level of stupidity is incredible.

And than you have delusional Juventus fans. They STILL think they have the best squad and they should be winning the league easily...so they blame Allegri. Just because you have the biggest names, it doesn't mean you have the best squad. De Ligt was bought for 75-80M...but he is no better than Tomori OR Kalulu. As a matter of fact, both of them have been on another class level compared to him. Spending that kind of money and having a star player in the lineup doesn't just give you the title. Same with Locatelli for example. In what way is Locatelli better than ANY of our midfielders? And than they have overrated trash like Alex Sandro (who hasn't been a football player in years now). I mean...should we even compare him to Theo? Not sure it's worth the time.

The fact is....I hope this type of stuff makes the players mad and motivated next season. Even journalists are acting as if this is a miracle. It's so disrespectful to a group that's been dominant in Serie A. I mean can you believe some people still talk about Theo's defending being weak. Have they seen him play the last 6 months???? He's the best LB in Italy offensively AND defensively. That just tells me people talk shit just to talk...but I doubt they seen more than 2-3 games of Milan playing.

I regret that we couldn't squeeze into the knock-out stage this season. Just a bit more luck and we would have been there. With this team of determination and excellent defense, you never know what could have happened.

Of course, it probably would have taken too much out of our thin team, and we may end up winning nothing at all. Even retrospectively, seeing that Inter put on such a suffocating competition down the stretch, and we managed to fend it off thanks to a very healthy squad for the last stage of the competition. While one would never know, but I suppose it is fair to suppose that our 19th scudetto wouldn't have happened if we were still in CL.

What does that say about them ? They're almighty team couldn't get the job done against "weak Milan " or "weak Serie A" .

Inter played just 2 more CL matches than us, and 3 matches total (+ Coppa final).

We played some redundant Coppa matches, I would happily trade 2 CL matches for 2+ Coppa ones Icon_lol2

IIRC, we won both Scudetto and C1 under Capello (1994) thanks to great defense, and our current defensive line has WC potential.

Ancelotti milan also has world class defence in Nesta + Maldini. World class defense is the foundation of milan success throughout the years.
