Castillejo seems way too happy to leave. He doesn't mind not being in the squad. He really enjoys so much to be a Milan player and more importantly has a great salary for his talents. I believe he will complete his contract no matter what we fans want.
Don't know what Bakoyoko thinks. He knows he is gonna play even less this season. Does it bother him? Is he ambitious about his career or has a mindset like Castillejo? No idea.

Poll question reza.
Would you want to be a starter for a mid tier team or bench warmer for a top 4 side? Pay is the same. The only way I'm riding the bench is, I'm 5 years from retirement and I'm getting paid well for my support role

You could be a rotation player. Was Bennacer a bench warmer this season? He was on the field for 31 Serie A matches, but only started 15 of them and played the full 90 minutes on only 4 occcasions. Played an average of 49 mins per match (of the 31 matches). If I was a Bennacer I'd rather be on the top 4 side, than the midtable clubs that won't win anything. If I was a Castillejo and NEVER played, I'd go somewhere else. If the pay was the same that is, but it almost never is. He earns more than most players at midtable clubs... |
