Summer Mercato 2022
La Repubblica newspaper, Juventus and Milan will be fined by UEFA for breaching the FFP rules, while Inter and Roma could face transfer restrictions.

You have Barca not paying some players, telling others they have to take massive pay cuts spending the most out of any team with over €1 billion I'm debt and then you see shite like that.

It's insane. Makes zero sense.

yep.

Barca... not paying players. barely able to register new players. operating at large losses.

UEFA.... "I see nothing!"

Meanwhile Milan... doing everything in their power to operate within the rules even going overboard.
UEFA... "They're having money troubles? I know what will fix that. Lets fine them 10m.

CDK, Adli, Origi is not a small step but it is not big either, in CL terms at least. Not just because they are not good but they are addressing fewer spot than we need to grow. If one of them was a good CD and the other a good real RW it would be a bit different.

you mean i rate leao at 50m because 30m + pulisic + ziyech? but in my mind those 2 +30m isnt 50m but around 70m or 80m, maybe i rate those 2 to high

how i'm not surprised to see this
GdS say Chelsea are preparing to offer €120M to buy Leao.

Sell! Otherwise I can see him leaving for free as well.

Gakpo, Antony, Lang whomever can be brought, maybe a combo.

We still have money to buy a midfielder and defender.
120 is a lot of money. Expiring contract or not. My concern as I said is the lack of possible replacements even if the ownership is willing to turn this around and reinvest the entire amount (doubt it, but ok).

But you bring up a good point with Antony. He is still available. Only that would mean Antony/Messias on the right and Rebic/Salad on the left. Anyhow, a pipe dream with only 5 days left in the window. Can't see it get done.
120 will be tempting no doubt. Leao is not perfect. Yes maybe on of the players with best individual quality in the world, but to be honest, he is not perfectly fit in our system. Too selfish, and a liability defensively.

On the other hand he is the only one in our team + maybe Theo who can unlock complicated games with one second of brilliance.

Difficult!
Whats the formation you’d like to see guys?

I would still go for a 4-2-3-1

Maignan

Calabria - Kalulu - Tomori Theo

Tonali - Bennacer

De Ketelaere - Adli - leao

Origi/rebic

IMO our most quality players on the field, very dynamic. Also cdk and adli can change a lot of position. + a mobile striker wich IMO suits us best.
Hoping to see this one sometime this season
