Gazzetta: Milan have developed a plan to save around €15 million in wages by offloading as many as nine players. Bakayoko, Dest, Vranckx, Rebic, Ballo-Toure, Adli, Ibrahimovic, Tatarusanu and Mirante.

Icardi knows how to score goals for sure. But he's a piece of shit. And also, after having Ibra and Giroud, I'm Kind of looking forward to splashing big on someone in their prime or someone that's in an evident upwards trajectory in their career. Icardi's career was done after he left Inter. He was just a backup at PSG and than went to Turkey...which even if he's scoring goals there (has 9 in 12 games this season), it's not very impressive (no disrespect to the league).

Anyway, it may be a "low cost" move I guess....but that begs the ultimate question....how can we be so broke? Big Grin

As for the Gazetta report on "saving" 15M and getting rid of all those players....great. Those are all players that have contributed close to nothing this season. So if they are taking up 15M of our budget, than get rid of them. Replacements will have to be made though. We still need more than 11 players last time I checked. And if we don't invest more than the 15M we "saved"....than chances are the next batch we sign won't be much better than the ones we just got rid of.

I agree. Icardi is a piece of shit, and I also don't believe that he can just come back to Serie A and bag 20 goals. I think he is past it.

And did I mention that he is a piece of shit? Big Grin Stay away from us. Big Grin

If we can't spend something big this summer there are definitely more questions to ask, if stadium costs or UEFA issues are hampering us management should come out and say it instead of acting like fine as we are in the middle of a crisis. If it is not stadium or UEFA issues then fishy stuff is going on, simple as that. We earned 9 million from just one match's (Tottenham) tickets, this is the high end but this is the kind of money that is coming in.

Reza loves this scouting strategy Grinser044 - scouted a player, left him on loan for year, then did not play for a whole season, loaned again for 3rd year and then sold in year 4.

Gazzetta: Milan could loan Yacine Adli out in the summer so that he can play more regularly and build up his price tag ready for a sale. Milan invested €10 million in the French-Algerian midfielder but he has just played 114 minutes over four games.

It is speechless level if this is how Adli ends up.

If this happens then 100% it's someones epic screw up. either the person who suggested him(Moncada), the person who signed him(Maldini) or the person who didn't give him a shot(Pioli). But someone has screwed up massively

Depends... If he ends up like Jens Petter Hauge, a player we made a profit on and who is now not good enough to play even in Belgium I guess everyone is ok.

But of course, I'm puzzled at how few chances Yacine Adli has got after his reasonably promising pre-season. I would have liked to know what is wrong, because something must be. This is not normal.

Of course they wont be good enough to play anywhere when they're out of competitive football for years. Mbappe wouldn't be good enough for belgian league after that.

Milan - it's a place where youngsters come for their careers to die...
