According to media:
1. Sportiello has signed but obviously won't be official until the end of the season.
2. Kamada is wanting to come to Milan and we are apparently negotiating.
3. SES could be coming on a free as back up to Leao
4. Openda is our #1 attacking target and has apparently agreed to come.
5. SMS is apparently available and we are heavily linked.
Still NO RW links but at least all of the above makes sense.
Top 3 can happen, 4-5 are plausible but probably wait and see.

Kamada for free, play Tonali as right Mezzala or more advanced role. I think the midfield woes will be solved but I think MM doesn't have much vision to sign SMS. LOL
If we don't TRY to sign SMS and put everything into Diaz, MM deserve to be fired.

I would say that all these are worth looking forward to. If no RW is linked, my guess is that they are truly keen on keeping Diaz and he may be the starter, which also makes sense to me.
My dream is Chiesa, but I guess it won't happen.
Savic for what around €35m, can't see it myself.
As someone else said Diaz will most likely take up most our budget and then a couple of young players with 1 or 2 freebies will be as good as it gets.
If they pay €25m or anything near it for Diaz it will be a waste. He's good as a player to have in the squad but he isnt good to be a guaranteed starter. He just doesn't turn up too often.

Reza will approve of such scouting and integrating of a player
We are the best. We will buy Diaz for 30 and sell Adli for 5

They deserve to be fired if they spend money on Diaz regardless.
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

I may be in the minority, but I'm not impressed by any of the linked players so far, apart from SMS...and even him, the only thing that makes it ok is the apparent "cut" price due to his contract situation. He would not be my 1st choice otherwise.
But, MM have a tendency to buy players that we haven't been extensively linked with, so I guess we'll see what happens

I think that's a pretty fair way to look at the situation. None of the players we are linked with is any kind of guaranteed world beater. Most are pure projections because they are young and come from a lower tier league. It fits our strategy the last few years, but carries significant amount of risk, just look at what happened with CDK this year. My personal hope is that we sign a few free transfers like Kamada, NDicka or whoever to fill in the holes we have at various positions, and then spend most of our money on an elite striker. But spending a ton on one player doesn't really fit our strategy so thats probably more wishful thinking than anything else
I'm with you. I' hoping we use our transfer budget on a couple of top (or top young) players in positions of need (ex: CF/RW/CM). From that point on, we can dip into the bosman market and get adequate squad depth from there.
If we get CL and Juve got kicked out of everything, they need to sell, and rumours said that Chiesa will then be for sale, and i think he could fancy a move. I would go all inn. Italian, young, immense potential when he is injury free, hard worker. Transfermarkt has his market value at 50 mill euros. With Juve in big trouble, maybe we could have him for a lower fee. Who knows. He is very "Italian" and i think he would prefer to be in Italy if a good offer comes. We have a exiting project and so on.
Both Leao and Chiesa are good for 15-20 goals each year as wingers. Add Openda, Balogun, or Scamacca on top of this we will have a lethal attack on paper at least. And add depth and quality with free transfers as Kamada who actually is a quality player. 16 goals from CM/ACM is really good. We need a dangerous man in the hole. I would also do anything for Thuram. I know the competition will be fierce, but his father was a legend in Italy, and rumours says that he will prefer a move there. He can play anywhere in attack. Versatile players are golden.
I dont know our budget, but if we splash 75 mill on Chiesa and the attacker, free transfers for Kamada and Thuram, then we just need to have a good cover for Theo, and also for Calabria. Kalulu is almost useless as a RB(I suppose Florenzi leaves). IF the budget allows us, the dream is to add SMS to this team. Then we are talking about 110 mill, but we will then have strenghten the team significantly.
That leaves us with this team:
Maignan- Calabria- Thiaw- Tomori- Theo- Milinkovic Savic- Bennacer- Tonali- Chiesa- Leao- Balogun
Bench: Kalulu, Sportiello, Parisi, Krunic, Saelemaekers, Thuram, Giroud, Kamada.
This would be a devastating team, not just in Italy..
