Yes, he is short (and that's a HUGE problem for a GK, I agree), but I like everything else about him. I may be in the minority, but I would not call Sommer an average GK. If he goes to Inter, then yes, I hope that he will turn into an average one then. Big Grin

Thuram and Frattesi are decent addition, but we can always hope (that they will stink up). After all, one loves money, the other loves Merda. They can both go to hell.  Inter5ow

A world class shootstoper without the ability to kick the ball now is a laughing stock. De Gea is an example. MU let him go to spend on Onana is a proof.
If Inter can break their wage structure and sign De Gea then they can at least retain the power as their 3 CBs formation can cover, but Sommer is just a good shootstoper at most and his legs only know how to jump.
Milan once had a GK like De Gea, name Doll... or something like that, now no one talks about him Big Grin

Thuram cannot replace both Dzeko & Lukaku. Inter's attack seems not better.
Frattesi cannot replace Brozovic. At the end of last season, Hakan played DM instead of Brozovic (against us at CL, too), Mkhitaryan played LCM with a more attacking role. Frattesi is similar to Barella, a box-to-box at RCM, so unless he is trained to play regista or attacking LCM, Inter's mid seems not better.
Inter's CB department is weaker, Bisseck cannot replace Skiniar.
Inter's GK department is surely weaker.

Only RB department is stronger with Cuardrado.

And Inter's fans are happier than us Icon_lol2

Who will be Inter GK next season? Big Grin Inter5ow

There are reports that they are trying to resign Handanovic. They also offered a one-year contract worth 5m to De Gea, who rightfully rejected. They didn't even want to trigger Sommer’s release clause (worth 6 million euros), but then there are also reports that that clause had already expired.

They don't look desperate to me.

Fio must be the most unstable team ever. How is it possible to beat Napoli 3-1 away, and this night they are losing 0-2 at home to Empoli. WTF?

It always happens with those hillbilly teams, because they don't have any real (team) quality. From time to time they give 300%, they beat big game and after that they're drained physically and mentally, so they get trashed by whoever coming next.

Seemed inevitable from the start, Garcia sacked by Napoli.

Don't know why they even hired him, but ok... Italian clubs definitely must invest more into proper coaches.
