Transfers from within Italy don't take up non-EU spots. Either way he is a Milan player who was out on loan or am I imagining that?

That said, why would we event want this player? I mean 22 years old... Played 14 games on loan at Renate of Lega Pro Seconda Divisione A and scored 0 goals.

Nope you're not imagining that Reza. He is still owned by Milan, a striker who spent the last three and a half years on loan at various second division clubs, all the while scoring ZIP.
The non-EU spot is still up for grabs.

Kingsley is from Renate in Switzerland, Not Italy. However, Milan Channel made a huge mistake saying he would take up the last spot. They've since corrected themselves as Arildonardo has stated.
Pippo Chooses Milan. He will remain with Rossoneri until June.
#Lacklustre..Mesbah looks Okay but other than that I have no opinion..inter give muntari for free and will pay his wages this way out team can be worse

If our recruitments this time last year indicated that serie A was our main target then this Muntari's signing because of his quality and UCL availability is a cheap pretense of seriously challenging for UCL.
