Maybe he wouldn't have chosen Milan over Juventus anyway?

Maybe our coaches and management doesn't feel he's the right player for us?

There can be many reasons why we didn't get him or at least tried. Not just "we are bad, they are good".

But of course I agree that our transfer mercato has got off to a slow start. Hopefully it will pick up sooner rather than later...

I don't think Kephren Thuram is the type of player we need. He's an industrial 2-way midfielder and a runner. Practically every midfielder we have in this club is the same way (except Bennacer). We don't need more of those. So I don't see why we should have gone for him no matter the price.

Wieffer is top expensive, Zielenski is to old for this project, Thuram is not the type we need, Rabiot want big salary, etc

Exactly, we are always linked with quality players and because of economics, we get junk players. 
Other than Theo, Magnian, Leao and reijinders, and border line Tomori, no one should be a starter for a team like ours. But here we are and probably going to be stuck with Morata as our 9. Terrible management. Ibra says he wouldn’t have joined this project if it was a winning project. Easy to say after he joins.
