Summer mercato 2024

They scout players on transfermakt.

Moncada is a fraud. With his alleged scouting system he has unearthed a Tottenham reserve/flop and an ageing Spanish striker. Surely the data analytics did not come up with those recommendations?

To top it off splashed 25m for a player who will be free next summer, having blown 28m on Chukwueze last year who was also on final year contract.

And now Kalulu has been forced out on a poor deal to Juve following Simic while the German Maguire remains.

The decisions and planning is so poor and lacking in any strategy.
Other teams must be locking their lips doing business with us. All inexperienced directors making inexperienced decisions
Morata injured already, with...guess what...a muscle pull! Out three weeks at least lol. Milan training and medical staff is just amazing man

Three weeks? Yikes.

Wasn't there news that the Milan lab staff was changed? If so, don't count out the milanello pitch being at least part of the culprit, but of course I am not a muscle specialist or a doctor.
Yeah but morata was busy. Between Athletico and his work rate then Spain, age will catch up with him.

I wonder if this means Okafor or Jovic as a starter. To be honest, neither impresses as a starting CF. Maybe play them together and move Pulisic right?

Hard to believe Chiesa goes to inter. They are pretty broke and that is another big wage with potentially little resale.
Tammy Abraham loan to close out the mercato? Jovic, as someone already pointed out, is a two striker guy and never seems to play well when he starts. Okafor seems to not able to convince any coach to start him too. CF all of a sudden becomes a massive need and is a reminder that we don't have any real depth behind Morata anyway
I think Abraham will be injured before he cames of the airplane. Just f*** it. Start Camarda.

Loan fee will be around €3/4m fixed fee plus €14m buy option clause not mandatory plus €3m add-ons.

10% sell-on clause confirmed in case deal becomes permanent in 2025.

Bad, bad deal....

Why are we desperate to sell Kalulu?

We have enough players for CB and RB, and last season + preseason showed that Kalulu is not good enough at both.
We need money.
Kalulu needs to regain confidence and maybe Motta can make a Califiori out of him.

Good for all parties. Maybe selling him last season for bigger money is better, but who could think that last season.

But,  jovic is not good enough as second striker, he is always very bad when he starts a game. He does wel in a 2 striker system and he is a weapon when we desperately need a goal.
I for sure hope we sign another striker. A Morata injury and we are fcked.

And here we go, Morata out for 3 weeks (wich will be at least a month) with a muscle injury. Scudetto can already be over in october
