Double pivot could have been Tijiani and Tonali. Fofana money could have been used for a LW and Leao money on a CAM or ST. Emerson Royal money could have been used to buy a pylon to replace Calabria

I seriously hope Tonali has a bad season and newcastle wants do desperately sell him next summer, to us offcourse, with a big discount.

We need to rack up Italian talents, from Ricci to Pafundi to Gnoto. Look at Inter's Italian core which is irreplaceable and untouchable and all are Top players. We have just a Italian Cafu, but on pot. Promote Camarda at this point till Morata returns idk but he is too good for Serie C level football. He is literally very similar to if Ibra.

So after one Serie C match and no goals you can say that Camarda is too good? He is 16, I can almost guarantee that he is not ready for Serie A. At that age Zlatan wasn't good enough either. Let's be patient with him.

But yes, I would have liked to have some more italians. If they are good enough.

The problem is Italian teams, us in particular, not sticking with it. Futuro needs to provide results sooner rather than later and before we decide to loan Futuro players with some silly buy back clause or something. I will consider Camarda a success if he is contributing at the senior team at 18, not even 19 or older. Milan desperately needs Milan trained and developed players to be contributing well before 20. Even the 'cheap find' Kalulu is heading towards pointless for us. As of August 25 2024 I am even more disappointed than previous summers.
