This is about attitude and how disruptive it can be to a team. Not about footballing abilities. So don't know why you bringing up Chuks and Terraciano.

We continue to find ways to push away the good players and replace them with mediocrity.

Also we base this attitude and disruptive thing on media reports and/or moments of stupidity or some pundit who wants publicity. Is it right to do so? Do we know what really goes on "behind the scenes"? When the results are not going our way all small negative things are usually blown out of porportions.  I'm not sure what's right or wrong here.

Better than Allegri for sure. Also, returning Pioli would be huge, huge, huge humiliation for our board, so there is that  Sagrin

Anyway, I think it is irrelevant who our coach is or will be. As long as club is ran by this buffoon's, Milan have no future.
At least not future big majority of us want. Priority is to change board. Need to ship those football simpletons back to Wall Street, and than we can think about coaches.
I know it's not happening, at least not anytime soon, but... one can dream...
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

Well if you don't want things blown out of proportion, then don't give room for it. It's why there's a code of ethics and behavior for professional athletes. You can't be petulant, behave like a child and not expect people to pick it up.

I really think we shouldn't be defending stupid behaviors just because they are "Theo and Leao", no matter what grudges we have against the management and/or the coach. The club comes first.

I'm sure if these were Terraciano and Chuks, you probably would have been calling for their heads.

Di Canio slams Leao and Theo Hernandez for Milan ‘disgrace’ against Lazio

by Football Italia

Paulo Di Canio gave a ruthless assessment of Rafael Leao and Theo Hernandez after their on-pitch antics in the second half of Saturday’s 2-2 draw against Lazio, claiming ‘in my day, they would have been punched’.

Di Canio, assessing the incident after the game, had nothing but harsh words for the Rossoneri players. He suggested that they would not have been able to get away with their actions in most other situations.

He also hinted that, as star players, they should have known how to better handle their feelings towards the coach.

“I hear people say that they are just kids and that’s how it goes, (but they are) worth 8 million, to Milan.

“If something like this happens after work, even with my friends messing around and playing, if someone sits there on the side with his belly hanging out, I tell them: ‘hey, what are you doing? Come and help us’. And you have to pay €10 to play on the pitch. It’s a disgrace.”

Di Canio also said that Leao and Hernandez would not have been able to get away with what they did during his playing days.

“The captain starts piping up, as if to say ‘oh look at this’. It delegitimizes the situation. The coach, the teammates who were put down by that attitude, in my day, would have been pinned up against the wall and punched. It’s a disgrace.”

We totally agree on what would have been the smart and right thing for them to do in the situation. I just feel that the criticism has become a bit too much and it's fuelled by a couple of bad results and below par performances.

I'm calling for Terracciano's and Chuk's heads because of their lack of footballing skills. They should not be at a club like Milan. I don't judge people or players on a moment of stupidity.

A person who would pin his teammates up against the wall and punch them? Yeah, let's listen to him. Talking about disgrace and being disruptive... Wink

Pietro Mazzara has published his weekly column for MilanNews in which he spoke about the game at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday but beyond that what appears to be a disconnect in the management.

“Is this really the Milan that Gerry Cardinale wants? The founder of RedBird, who arrived incognito at the Olimpico (why not communicate this?), watched disconsolately as the Rossoneri drew against Lazio in a match where, between the pitch and the stands, all the shortcomings and fragility of a structure that is too American to function in Italy exploded,” he began.

“It is clear that RedBird’s philosophy of not putting a real and credible figure on the pitch next to the team does not work. The problems are the same as last year and, in some ways, they have been amplified.

“On Saturday night, after the match, a heavyweight sporting director (like Giuntoli, for example) would have overturned Leao and Theo Hernandez, net of the official explanations in front of state TV.

“And he would have done it with the full support of his own management because that scene, seen worldwide, is a scene that has done a resounding damage to Milan, to its image and its prestige since it came from two who had the honor of wearing the captain’s armband.”

The irony is that this had proven Di Canio and all the others who spoke against Leao/Theo, right. Here you are with a player whose attitude on the pitch stinks, got called out, and is now engaging in online "fight" with people who criticize him. Petulance, childishness, immaturity.

Forget Di Canio, you think Theo/Leao will dare to do this during the Milan of Maldini, Baresi and Gattuso? They will get slapped around, I assure you! And it will happen right there on the pitch. I just recently watched a clip of Maldini angrily shoving and telling off Gattuso during a game. He was shouting in his face!

Or you think they dare to do this if the coach was say, Mourinho?

Leao has done nothing in football yet, but he's risking throwing everything away with his attitude.
