It seems pattern will continue, but we are in the toughest position in last few years.

I think he’ll ask for a revamped midfield. Get rid of RLC, maybe Fofana. Hopefully he asks for Tonali to come back. But more likely Ricci
Conte would make a lot of sense. He is the most sure thing to get this team back on track, look at Napoli, last year they were 10th!
Get Conte and built an Italian Core, both Ricci and Tonali need to come!
Unless we give him some Saudi level offer, no reason for him to leave Napoli for this cheap mess.

This whole "non-italian" project has failed big time. At this point, I just want us to get back to our roots. Rebuild the core with Italian players. Italian talent might not be at the height of where it once was, but tactically Italian players are atill very much at the top. Im thinking players like Ricci, Rovella, Orsolini. I'd also go all in on Verratti. His contract is ending this summer and he's got pure quality. Cab direct the midfield like few others.
And then, go with an Italian coach. Take Sarri and let him work.
100% agree there. And Sandro Tonali should be the centerpiece of this project!
For me they can sell almost anyone from this team, from Leao to Theo, to Tomori to Maignan. I dont care. Start all over again. Build an Italian Core with an Italian coach.

100% agree with this. Find a combination of an Italian core, supplied with some south american grinta, especially countries like Argentina and Uruguay. Team comes first, always.
What about this, if we want to dismantle the team to the core:
- New manager: Fabregas or Sarri. Fabregas is cooking with Como and play great football. He could potentially be a star manager.
- New formation: 4-3-3.
- New team: Torriani- Jimenez- Scalvini- Pavlovic- Bartesaghi- Ricci- Tonali- Reijnders- Pulisic- Diao- Lookman.
5 Italian players, yes Torriani is a risk, but ley him grow. His potential is huge. Jimenez has great potential, i will give him trust, Lookman is a monster and so hardworking too, and with the arguing with Gasperini we must do what it takes to get him. Diao looks fabolous. He and Lookman could exchange positions a lot because both are LW/Attackers.
The war chest for Theo, Maignan, Leao, Tomori, Chuky, etc should be solid. Lets say 200 million for everyone. And if the management could boost with 100 million because of heavy reduced salary we could have 25-300 million budget.
Tonali: 70 million, maybe some counterparts involved to reduce a bit. Ricci: 35 million. Scalvini: 30 million. Lookman: 60 million. Diao: 30/40 million. We could still have some money for some decent backups but we would still have a pretty good bench: Gimenez, Saelemaekers, Walker, Musah. Bondo, Sottil, Thiaw, Gabbia and a new keeper.
Let the rest of the season go fast so the revolution can begin!

Fabio Paratici and Igli Tare are the front runners for the Sporting Director job. If Tare gets it, we can write off another 5 seasons
Paratici nearly destroyed Juventus and has had a horrid time in Tottenham. Not thanks.
Not sure how i feel about Tare. He actually did decently well at Lazio, considering the resources at his disposal. But for some reason, I'm not sold.
Still, a SD is only as good as the structure behind him. I dont care who we hire, if we are going to have people like Zlatan meddling and interfering, then it doesnt matter.
Ideally, I would like someone with a Milan background. Not sure if that person exists. Braida perhaps
