Could we assume something like this when the season starts: Savic- Dodo- Thiaw- Pavlovic- Udogie- Ricci- Modric- Fofana- Pulisic- Gimenez- Leao
+ Wingbacks. Udogie is better than present Theo. No doubt, and Italian. Dodo is clearly better than Walker, Royale, and still more solid than Jimenez, especially in defence. We gain experience and leadership in Modric. Sorely missed this season. Stronger defensive midfeld with Ricci.
- We lose 15 goals from Reijnders from midfield and his clever offensive positional sense. Maignan is still better GK despite a mediocre season. I do like Vanja. Looks like man you dont want to meet as an attacker. Attackers will be scared of the sight of Vanja and Strahinja. We will miss Theos X factor. Yes he was horrible but he do still have that X factor that Udogie dont have.
Managerwise Allegri is clearly a better fit, and if he could find the real motivated Leao ut could be interesting. It all depends what Allegri can get out of this teams potential. Look at Napoli, that team should really not won a scudetto. Rrhamani, Oliveira, Gilmour, Politano, Jesus, Raspadori. No way that team is on paper better than ours. Spirit and tactic can get you very far, as far as a scudetto.
