Individually, I don't mind selling any of our top players tbh. Many of them seem to have gotten too comfortable and lost their drive to really play their asses off to win. You can't possibly watch Theo and Leao, for example, and tell me they are trying their 100% every game like they did a couple of years ago these days. BUT, to sell all of them in the same window is suicide. Even if we sign 10 new players to replace all of them, and of sufficient quality (doubtful but let's run with this assumption for now), the amount of time it would take to build chemistry for this new group pretty much guarantees next year is a sunk year again.

It’s the same thing that happened after we sold Tonali. Brought in basically a new 11 and had no chemistry. But of course, let’s try again. What’s the definition of insanity again?

Between sales and those having a longer break cause of NT stuff Allegri will have a squad size of 10 for the preseason that starts 4 weeks from today. May be the silver lining is that he will have to use more primavera players to start the preseason.

What’s the definition of insanity again? And that was just to replace ONE starting player. We are at this point probably on pace to have 7-8 new starters next season. Unless we just sign all old Juve players, which we sort of are, this is gonna be 10x harder to deal with than Tonali smh |
