Summer Mercato - 2025

This is pathetic team building, even if it is the same with other teams they are pathetic at team building too. Sure we have loan returns training but how many are going to stay? Alexis almost sure but who else?

Issue is other clubs did not finish 8th on the league. The amount of rebuilding needed to compete is huge yer Ricci apart there have been no signings.

The squad as of now is worse than last season. And Tare and Allegri seem to be neutered with no real influence or clout.
Footmercato: Milan are considering Nice left back Melvin Bard, he particularly appeals to Tare. His profile was also approved by Allegri. Milan are preparing to start talks with Nice for Bard shortly.
I do agree that our Mercato has been very slow and difficult so far, but maybe the best signing is our coach? We do have a lot of talent in the team, and who knows what Allegri can do with squad players like Saelemaekers, Chukwueze, Thiaw, Musah and so on. If he can burst new life in to those players we dont need a lot of signings.

Fonseca and Conceicao was a mess, a proper coach can do wonders.

- Play Musah in a midfield three with limited offensive responsibility. He could become quality then. He is no winger or wingback.

- Give Chuky more confidence. He only got a few minutes to impress every time. He needs to be trusted a bit over time. The talent is there.

- Under a pragmatic manager as Allegri, i do think Thiaw could thrive. We also need his great passing game,

- Saelemaekers has the will, grinta and qualities to be a great Wingback. It will surely need some adjustment, bu he could be a regular.

Im still irritated about David though. That kind of player to Juve for free. No competition from us is just isane.

I agree completely about Allegri. He has done a great job to keep the core intact by putting trust in Maignan, Leao, and Gabbia (tried with Theo but failed). No info regarding Pulisic or Tomori, but they are the calm ones, the fact that they are still here is aleady good news.

David cost Juve 12.5m, but for his agent, who initially request 20m.
Juve have done a great job to haggle (hack) it.
For Milan, I think the agent required 20m even for the transfer a year ago, so we stop.

More info: The man behind Vlahovic asks for 18m commission.

Kessie's agent also earn a lot.

Do Milan need an exception for agent fee (and salary cap)? Maybe for a true exceptional case, not Vlahovic, 18m commission + transfer fee is a great amount and should be spent on another player, like Nicolas Jackson.
True about Allegri, but stilul we need that LB and RB. On the other hand i prefer playing Bartesaghi on the left, and not some no name flop from England.

Ya honestly though. If someone is going to flop I’d rather it be someone from our academy who we didn’t have to spend money on signing. Some of these guys we are linked too I’ve never heard of. Archie Brown, Melvin Bard. Stop being so fucking cheap and sign good full backs. This is taking way too long when we probably could have signed Dodo already.

"Old lonely man screaming at clouds".

I mean, who is he? We don't care, but not very classy from the Turks.
Being slow and even cheap is one thing if a squad needs one or two players, in a continuous year zero it is very very bad. Some reading this will laugh but window closing end of August is the worst thing that has happened to Milan, good or bad management something should exist to force teams like this to build a team quicker.

May not be very classy, but our management put us in this hopeless position. Brown himself is probably no big loss.

Worst management ever. Should have been fired long time ago.
