Summer Mercato - 2025
Latest Jashari bid seem to have been rejected by Brugges, damn, I really wanted to see him play with us Sad
Yes it is officially rejected. Brugge very annoyed by the pressure Milan puts on them through the media.
Will be interesting what will happen now, as the player wont be happy at all.
Embarrassing. Just move on FFS.

There's plenty of other players out there and it's why you have a scouting network.

Hats off to Brugge though who know how to negotiate while Furlani capitulated under the first offer for Reijnders.

It is embarrassing for us, yes. But also for Club Brügge. They're now stuck with a player who doesn't want to be there and who has missed/been left out of their whole preseason.

Must be frustrating for the player who had his heart set on a move to Milan.

Edit:
"Club Brugge haven’t responded to AC Milan’s offer and the pursuit of Ardon Jashari thus remains alive, contrary to other reports."
We are indeed disgrace. Let others sign De Bruyne and Co while we are going to spend entire summer penny pinching for few millions. It's not like we are speaking about some 20M gap between clubs, so that "heavy negotiating" is necessary. If you're that much into player, just give them what they want, if not - send them final offer and move onto next target.

yeah, haggling for 2 - 5 mil like an old asian lady at the traditional market is a disgrace, this is milan FFS, they ask 40, we have 40, give them, simple as that, ask for 38 they dont give it so pay the full price, its like they want to buy ferrari with the price of fiat
I am not defending the management but this is not about 2 million. Something else is going on, btw it was almost the same with CDK, for a while there was talk of small difference in money.

This time around it is clearly worse than the CdK saga.

I don't disagree. Just similar pattern, but it is very likely more than just about 2 million.
How much? 5? No big difference. If there is something else, beyond just money, then ok... And it's not just this case, not just this management... it became club "culture"... from not playing Tonali in order to save few bucks on bonuses, begging Mendes to "intervene" in order for us to save few millions in "Felix case", spent entire month negotiating Gimenez in order to save, how much? 3 millions? 5? ffs...
Honestly, this is going to end with clubs refusing to negotiate with us... they're just going to give us numbers - take it or leave it, don't call us, don't send us messages... and they should.
