Leao assist to Ramos who scores the winning goal for Portugal vs Croatia in 94th minute. 2-1.

Glad they managed to eliminate those anti-football degenerates... Now we need Morocco out as well... Morocco and Croatia are two most disgusting, most despicable teams I've ever saw... Allegri is super attacking comparing to them...
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

After talking about Leao like that we have no leverage and would probably have to sell even at €30m.

Haaland proves again why a top striker is SO important to have. Kane showed it the other day vs Congo too. And in all honesty, Ramos showed it too against Croatia. Portugal doesn't have another player that can score the way he did. Ronaldo used to score goals like those in every game. But he is not that player anymore. So again, having a proper #9, can win you many games...especially those where things aren't going to well and you need to capitalize on the few opportunities you get.

BTW, I was so bummed out about the Dutch. I am not from the Netherlands, but I support them the way I do Milan. All because of MVB. The 7 year old me in '92 fell in love with Milan and with the Dutch National Team. I was livid with Koeman. I thought the Dutch had a team good enough to go very deep this time, and yes, even win it. The only missing piece was a #9, but Brobbey turned up at just the right time, so I thought maybe all the pieces are falling in place. And then, that imbecile decides to play cattenaccio against Morocco. For fuk's sake...Morocco is a very very good team. A top team, and they've proven it over the last 4 years. But there was no reason to do what he did. There is a way to be careful at the back and to also be dangerous when attacking. Instead, he limited the players and instructed them to do nothing risky. Attacked with 3 players at a time, at most. He wasted a very very good opportunity imo. They would have easily beaten Canada and gotten to the quarter finals. Sure, would have met France, but France is also not unbeatable.
Only reason i'm writing this here is because it was so reminiscent of Allegri with us this past season. Just total pussy attitude, and in the end, it cost us dearly.

But finding and affording those kind of strikers are not easy. Norway had a "match-winner" in 35 year old goalkeeper, Ørjan Håskjold Nyland, as well. |
