This is completely who I think should leave and reason, not going to get into who to sign as I don't think Milan can sign anyone I think will be a good signing.

Roma, no need to pay 2mil to a 3rd string GK a year.
Bonera, error prone, crap, useless and is currently earning 4mil a year.
Mexes, error prone, useless, earns 8mil a year and FRENCH.
Yepes, too old to be a backup, and for 2mil a year, Milan can get someone younger who could actually improve.
Zambro, not good enough, 7mil a year is too much for a backup.
Mesbah, just not even good enough to be a backup, 3mil a year for a backup player is too much.
MVB, his heart is there but his body is saying he can't do it anymore, 7mil for a rotation DM is a bit much.
Ambro, same as MVB and for 6mil, thats a bit much.
Come to think of it, 13mil wages a year is really expensive for 2 DMs.
Gattuso, same as MVB and Ambro, Milan is better off with his 8mil a year off their wage bill.
Aqua, not good enough and 8 mil a year is too much not to mention his 6mil transfer fees.
Slowdorf, too slow, too crap and just leave. It would be like winning the CL when his slowass and his 9mil salary is off Milan books for good.
Robinho, his lack of finishing, I am sure Milan can find someone who can finish chances for 8mil a year.

Pato, injury, and 8mil for someone who can only play 30% of all the games are too much.

we cant expect to have a perfect squad though guys.. i think its fair to say every team has players they'd want gone, i do agree we could do alot better gabriel and that 3/4 of your list could actually leave, but all of them wont .. at least not this season, thats a few to many to replace over a season

I didn't check for accuracy, but I suppose that the figures you mentioned in your posts were all before-tax.

We have too many players on the payroll. Amazing how a mediocre player's salary a year, if used as transfer fee, could have afforded some really decent player. That actually brings a solution, cutting the size of team. But the risk is that with such a lousy MilanLab, we may end up having no player at disposal one or two months into the season.

They wages are all before tax, it shows how much Milan is really playing the players.

Forgot to mention Flamini with his 9mil salary and Taiwo with his 1.8mil salary.

Even without signing any replacements and letting all those players go Milan will still have:

GK: Abbiatti, Amelia
FB: Abate, De Scigilio, Antonini, Dilac
CB: Silva, Nesta
DM: Strasser
CM: Nocerino, Muntari, Urby
AM: Boateng, Merkel
FW: Ibra, SES, Cassano.

That's 17 players, and all Milan needs to do is sign 2 CBs, 1 DM, 2CMs and 1FW to complete the sqaud, a total of 6 players. 17 players out and 6 players in, just show how inefficient MGT is in getting players.

I have been one of the more vocal critics of Berlu's cheap policy, but I must admit if I am paying 8mil for someone like Mexes while Yepes can pretty much do the job for 2mil, I would fire the person who signed Mexes. Assuming both were playing with Silva.

I am glad Juve won the scudeto, if we had won it, there would be no impetus for management to make the drastic changes that we so badly need. They would continue to dwell in the delusion that their "champions" are still good enough and continue to give raises and extensions to all their "champions"

I agree with most of this except with regards to Mexes, unless we can find a better cb who doesn't mind being a bench player, we should keep him.

MVB, this is a tough one. I don't mind keeping him on a lowered wage.

Gattuso, Id say keep him but not as a player but as a man manager\assistant to the coach...and at a lower wage. The same maybe for Ambro, if they are both willing to accept a really low wage.

The problem is that with all the injuries we've had this season, 8-12 players at all times, a squad of just 23 players wouldn't be enough. Hopefully the injury situation will be better in the coming years so we don't have to buy all those average squad players and can concentrate on a few really good players instead.

There is where your youth team will play a role. I mean if you play with your regular 9 starters + 2 youth products against Lecce or Norvana, I doubt Milan can't win those matches. Unless those 2 youths are both CBs or both strikers. I think guys like Abate, Merkel, Strassuer, and even Polaschi, not to mention those who Milan do not own like Matri, Astori and Antonelli all showed that the youth of Milan are ready and can be good players in Serie A.

As for injuries, beside Boateng, Nesta(age) and Cassano(heart), the rest of the 17 players pretty much played at least 80% of the games over the past few seasons, thus I don't think injuries will be as bad as this year.
