Pato on loan is not a bad idea. I actually talked about it, and people think I was crazy... Maybe I am.
The danger of sending a Brazilian player back to Brazil is that they would enjoy too much the weather, the beach, the samba, the ladies, the booze,,, hence, they won't come back. I am being serious.

i remember the talk on this forum about Pato going on loan but it was discussed somewhere in Europe and this looks like a better idea...

btw, just an update of what you guys have decided so far based on the polls:
to Renew or Release:
http://milanmania.com/forum/showthread.p...273&page=3
The general consensus is for only Nesta to stay & release everybody else (9 players out)
to Sign on Permanent Basis:
http://milanmania.com/forum/showthread.p...274&page=2
The general consensus is to keep SES, Merkel & Muntari (2 players out)
to Sell:
http://milanmania.com/forum/showthread.p...275&page=2
The general consensus is to sell Bonera, Mesbah, Taiwo & Robinho (4 players out, but technically just 3 as Taiwo is not included in the official Milan squad of 33)
So, so far, we will be cutting down the squad by 14 players (excluding Taiwo) in total to go down from 33 to 19 and then we will have to buy 6-8 new players to get to 25-27 players squad....that will be part two of the polls

Thanks for your work. I guess most members here think alike.
I think a squad of 25 would be healthy, both athletically and financially.
More polls to come up, YAY.

OMG... What a striker Falcao from Atletico Madrid is! Too bad he'd be way to expensive for us.
Quit dreaming! It is bad for your health. Atletico spent 40M on him a summer ago. That is four times our entire budget already.

I'm not dreaming and I certainly don't expect us to sign him at all. If we had a all the money in the world, like Man City, I would suggest signing him.

Yeah, he's good. He's gotta be worth at least 60M now.
