So many over exaggerative people here.. Ibrahimovic will easily be replaced, thiago silva is a different story but there are many defenders who could fill in, and do a good job not as good but good. + we can make our big midfield addition with that money..

Think about it, why in hell would we sell silva and ibra just to not buy any players if our goal in the last few years was to build a team to win CL fact shows you cannot win CL with ibra
and silva, well defending isn't the most important part of the game, barca plays with midfielders in the defense and so many times they are so weak when being counter attacked against because of this but they still win with a fast attack and high pace passing in the midfield.

All im saying is, a boateng witsel montolivo trio in midfield would be sick, a dzeko pato robinho up front would work as well, in defense our main objective appears to be Rolando from porto, but they have a 15mln euro asking price for him originally at 20, he's a solid defender, I don't know if any of you follow the guy or have seen anything of him but hes really good imo.

You have to be honest, When you make wages/revenue %88, its clear where you'll end up in some years, Firstly, you promise 2 world class players, then noone arrived.

The same guy said that he made a big effort to keep Silva. Thank you President. i dont wanna be a part of this theatre.

This guys thinks that we are fools. Berlusconi wants Milan to play like Barcelona. Come on guys, Our midfield is worse than Barcelona B. Current team quality is even worse than them. But still Milan pays high salaries to their players.

Then Milan will waste 62 m euros, with some crap signings such as Matri, Destro, Dzeko, Rolando, Pazzini, in the end Milan will make a loss in the next years budget or the year after, then they will see Boateng, mark my words.

High taxes, low TV revenue, low match day revenue, lack of success in CL in the last seasons, very high wage bill.(ibra and Silva left but Milan still have very high wage bill)

Also lacking a real project, with Galliani, Milan is here today. Have to sell big players. You sell your leaders, the players who makes players better around them, we'll see real Nocerino next season.

You knew the end of Milan 4-5 years ago, however they did nothing. Cuz they are not capable of doing something Cuz Galliani is crap on this bussiness, let alone the best CEO.

Guys...don't be down. We will bounce back. Let's just pray we buy San Siro and start investing properly.

Let's hope for the best. Remember we had Ibra and T. Silva and we won nothing this past season. Dare I say, and I promise you I am not just saying that, T. Silva is a bit overrated. Just a bit. He is awesome, and I think he is, but he is not approx 50 million euros awesome.

Ibra is 31 in a few months, so let's try to stay positive.

Who knows..perhaps something positive will happen next year--we may win the Scudetto if our players stay injury free and Monto has a big season.

No use venting about Silvio Berlusconi either. He does what he wants. Let's just hope we get a good, solid striker like Dzeko or Tevez (I prefer the former), and Destro for Robinho. And then I will be all for getting Astori for defence.

Let's just accept that people are different. Some can't stand the situation and leaves, which we should understand and respect. I would be glad to see most of you stay though.

For me,
1) I will always support AC Milan.
2) For me, the bad news is that Mesbah stays; also, Dede and Ogbonna seem off the market;
3) I don't mind Dzeko or Tevez; Destro sounds like an interesting option also.
4) I still haven't given up on Pato; and would like us to try for Hernanes. He is not getting younger.

This is one lingering fear I have. Precedent. Does this mean we have officially become a selling club, or is this a temporary measure to rebuild?

Of course, the more prosaic explanation for all of this is the fine that Berlusconi had to pay. Hopefully, this year will be the most painful for many, many years to come.

Silva will break the world record fee for a defender if this move goes through. Put it this way, sergio ramos,pique,vidic are all 25-30mln rated if not less, trust me if we get Rolando, we'll be more then happy with him I doubt he'd be any thiago silva but he'd do the job fine.

Really, I find if we have a very solid midfield and I predict our mid will be something like --witsel---montolivo---boateng-- next season we will hold the ball more, be a lot faster team in general, and with out ibra and someone like tevez or dzeko our attack should be fine.

I believe that the fine is about 500 or 600 million? Selling players alone would not be enough, despite that Berlusconi claimed that he would be saving close to 200M for the sales of two.

I have an idea: Berlusconi should give Silva a raise to 100M/year contract before selling him off to PSG, that way he could claim that he saved 500M on salary cost alone. That should be enough to pay off the fine. That's actually not much different from how he claimed the 200M savings, right?
