So that leaves us with Balo, Matri and Robinho up front.

Considering that we have had both Boateng and El Sharawy really pressing high and then tracking back. Now with Matri,Mario and Kaka we could be really vulnerable at the back. This my mail issue with the new 4-3-1-2 and Kaka.

We should also be able to keep the possession more easily with the 4-3-1-2 (IMO, it's a formation done to control games), so our backline could play higher on the pitch and be, actually, less exposed, especially because of the "1" being the link between the midfield and the attack, something we didn't have with our 4-3-3, forcing Monto and another midfielder to go up front more often, letting spaces behind them.
