Dev is right about ultras influence, on the other hand this shouldn't be the case of ultras, normal fans must be mad as hell too and even the players and coach too. A coach should never publicly blame his players but the quotes I am reading from Seedorf are almost as bad. There is nothing "delicate" about this situation, this needs addressing because ... well look what we are seeing on the pitch and where we are.
Going back to the case of ultras, whatever their influence good or bad, the crisis is clearer than day and shouldn't even need fans or ultra talking. The head and his people must accept responsibility for fixing it, even if that means giving way to other people.

The ultras shouldn't have done this meeting thing with the players and coach. For all their intentions, all it does is create a sense of unease and more nervousness among the players, many of who did actually try to change the match today. Also imagine we are also looking to bring in new players this summer and are trying to entice them, these sorts of events (post Sassuolo and now today) isn't going to make them want to come. If anything, they will fear for their or their family's safety.
The club has many issues as things stand and everyone with a slight passing interest in football knows it. The fans, whoever and wherever they are can and should protest peacefully, but as I've said before this sort of intimidation tactic is going too far. For example, if fan groups across the world communicate and refuse to pay for merchandise and attend matches, while making this protest public via the press, you'll be damn sure the management will sit up and notice because that will heavily impact the club's revenue. The fans can also send open and public letters to the press, along with petitions to make their feelings known. If done as pointless fan letters as in the past, we won't see any impact on those in charge, but a well thought letter that directly implicates the negative effects of management and discusses the changes we need, along with organised peaceful protests at key/strategic locations and other events such as the no buying thing I mention above will force the club to take notice, because when it comes down to it, the club need fans to spend.
That complete IDIOT of a president Berlusconi is now actually interpreting our calls as a need to fire Seedorf.

And why does he wait for so long only to say this? Is he fucking blind to not know that this is happening for a long time and this is his responsibility?
