I've always liked Armero. I don't know why he was loaned out to West Ham but at the last World Cup he still looked pretty solid to me, not exactly world class but then again this kind of player costs a fortune. He might turn out to be another fodder but I'd take that possibility instead of sticking with an accident waiting to happen like Constant.

As for other names like Robinho and Diego Lopez/Perin, well, let's not jinx it. Just celebrate the fact that we offloaded Constant.
per l'amaro e il dolce
Yeah Constant gone is worth a party And we even got 2,5m for him, IMO that is a lot for a player of his (non)quality.
I really hope the Perin rumours are true, but everything is being denied now, so probably it wont happen. It wouldve been too good to be true, and unrealistic, there's no chance Galliani will make a logical signing. He only wants crap.
Robinho just details away from Santos return. 1-year loan...:

Hoping for Perin, but I guess Diego Lopez is more realistic. He's old and free.
Robinho out on a loan? thats hardly a good deal I hope we dont have to pay half his wages.
Robinho out on loan is better than Robinho here for another year missing sitters. Paying half of his wage is better than paying his full wage. Another one of Galliani's brilliant transfers that ends up causing more problems than anything, but at least we are making progress. Sure wish he would have signed in UAE though, cause we could have made some money from the sale too, look at what Juve got for selling Vucinic. But I guess this is how it goes when we are the player's bi*ch.
Diego Lopez would be a quality signing for us too, if it happens. He was pretty good for Real last year, and should still have a few years left playing at high level since he is a keeper and all. Perrin would be very nice, but he is very young and inexperienced. Whether he can handle a big club like Milan from the get go is far from a sure thing. I know, we are not exactly a big club any more when it comes to championships, but we still are in terms of reputation, so expectations will still be there. I would be happy with either one, because they are both huge upgrades to Gabriel and Agazzi, but hoping for Perrin.
A random pic I found.
Some interesting news today. Constant is officially gone and while Armero is favourite, Udinese have said while we've shown interest, there haven't been negotiations.
Pazzini is wanted by Wolfsburg, so we may sell.
Diego Lopez rumours are growing (on Sky Sports), which would be a really good signing, as imo he's been better for Real than Casillas for two years now. However, bear in mind his agent denied the rumours. Other places (Sportsmediaset) are saying we do have an agreement for Perin, though this has been denied by Genoa. Tuttosport says we're looking at Marchetti again. Personally, my favourite is Perin for the long term, though Diego Lopez gives more immediately.
Once the Robinho transfer completes, Cerci would still be our primary target, but his cost at 20m is high. Meanwhile, Campbell's second choice, but Wenger seems keen to keep him following a positive pre-season. Cerci is definitely still the one I'd want at this point.
Less positive news is that we could still be getting Pandev and Dzemaili. Imo, neither offers particularly what we need and won't raise the quality of this side.
Galliani and Inzaghi are due to meet on Friday to discuss the American tour and work out what's needed. Apparently we won't have much money to invest in top players, but Inzaghi will try to convince Berlusconi to make a big signing.

Its good to see players finally leave, slow progress but least they are on there way out. Im a bit confussed what the grand plan (if there is such a thing in Milan these days) is for the GK postions as it doesnt make sense to me at all.
Abbiati's contract finished but we gave him a one year extension, why? just make him a coach and get him off the player books for all i care. dont get me wrong he has been a great servent to the club, the saves against Ajax in 2003 champions league, Perugia on last day of season in 98 I will always remember. However apart from the odd good performance he has struggled and does not give confidence IMO.
Gabriel - The lad has gone backwards but did show potential, i would have given him a confidence boost and told him that this is your season to show what you can do. At least we could have given him a chance.
Aggazzi - Free, need i say more. Will fill in the 3rd chice position in my thinking. nothing more than a emergency player and at 30, not a long term solution.
I really liked the idea of Diego Lopez, solid keeper and would be 1st choice, but where does that leave the likes of Abbiati and Gabriel?
Perin - is he really that good? i know he was part of the italy squad but i havent really seen him be outstanding. granted i watched milan games and against us he hasnt really stood up. young though which is what we need, rememebr our youth policy? lol
I don't think Agazzi will leave but if he does it is an example of how bad we have become ... may be we can make a poll for worst business done by Galliani and Agazzi wins the poll, surely? Imagine a player leaving same summer he was signed. Makes Viudez transfer look good lol.
Matri is still the worst signing IMO, as he costed us 12m.
