PSG offers Ibra a three year contract renewal, two years in Paris and last year in Qatar. I guess that ship has sailed too then. Galliani better get his backup plan together.
Rumor also has it Paletta could be sold to make room for Romagnoli. That would be a real shame, as I thought Paletta would make a pretty good partner for Romagnoli. He was one of the best CB in Serie A two years ago and is still in his prime. Not a world beater by any means, but can certainly make a good second fiddle in a good defense with his technique and calmness. Now we have to relay on Zapata, Alex, Mexes or Ely to partner with Romagnoli, who is undoubtedly talented but is 20 years old and inexperienced. I thought Paletta and Rami would have been the right choices to be our second CB next to the big signing, but now we are basically getting rid of both. Good luck to Diego Lopez, he's going to have another busy season ahead of him.
This stadium thing is pretty laughable. All that time, resources, energy and the whole announcement crap all went wasted. And the team wonders why it is always losing money. Inefficiency and ineffectiveness have been the problem with this club's operations for years now, and nothing seems to be changing. Fininvest is nothing but a detriment to the team's causes.
