Nonsense. Why the hell we need to do that? They are 26 and 29 respectively, and won't adapt to new positions as good as they are in their position now, which is world class. If we need DM we need to buy one, or promote one of youths capable of doing so (which IMO none of our youths are ready yet to fill the role of DM in senior team); not forcing another players to play in unfamiliar, ineffective position.
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!
You highlighted my whole sentence but yet you only commented on the first part. I wrote IF NEEDED, to me it actually means, if guys like Gattuso, MVB, Ambro are all out for some reasons, Milan will have a good cover there and won't need to promote someone who is not ready or panic buy in Jan.
Silva is good on the ball for a defender and great at winning it back , but as midfielder even if we were short of options he isn't as effective as mid as he is in def.
Fab never was going to choose Milan , he'll stay put or go to Barca.
Ganso Schweiny I'd take either , but prefer Ganso for age reasons and the fact he'll get better.Where Schweiny won't get much better , which isn't a bad thing he's quality.

I'm still optomistic we'll sign a quality Mid and Mid that can become quality. But I wouldn't bet my house on it.
About Fabregas, nothing is impossible just like year when we got Ibra and Robinho. I don't give my hope so high but saying foolish, unreal or Fab will never chooses Milan is just opinion from your feeling, acting that you know all things. I will wait and see what will happen. As long as no contract signed and the transfer market is open, there is still chance that Milan get Fabregas. We are talking about Fabregas (not Messi) who plays in Arsenal and still wins nothing real, Barca who have better players (at least more experienced ones in Fab's position) and Milan who have Berlusconi (with Milan nowadays, anything can happen: a great transfer like last year or a stupid one like years before).

About Silva, I will opt to move him to DM if we have two CBs in similar quality with Silva or we really have to do that (like last season). Silva is monster as CB and SO was he as DM. Having him as DM Milan can play two creative midfielders on his sides and in the same time, we have a rock in front of our defense. The problem is that we can't buy CBs like Silva since the options are extremely few.

I think it is kind of expected as long as Barca is interest in getting Cesc, he will choose Barca over anyone.
Point is that can Barca pay for Cesc's services. But with the amount of good youth they have, I am sure a deal of 25mil + Brojan and one or two more of their youths will be enough for Arsenal.
What more important is there is official offer from Barca accepted by Arsenal. If not, we have seen with Milan fans. Balotelli moved to City, Dzeko opted to go to the same club too, Rossi made journey from one club to other one, etc. Love from the player to a club means nothing. Transfer season deal with money. No money, no player even the love as high as the sky.

Some thoughts on our transfer market:

If we can, we should go for Ganso as soon as we will be allowed to do it ...
Then, Schweinsteiger would be an awesome addition to our team.
And secure a deal with Napoli to get Hamsik next season (if Napoli sell him this Summer, that will mean they are quite stupid) ...

Would be a perfect plan to develop an amazing midfield and replace the old guard over the next 2 seasons.
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !
