Let's hope that if we do promote him, there is an actual plan, at all levels of management, to integrate him with the squad and get a decent number of minutes under his belt. Otherwise, he would be better off going on loan to Serie B or something. Let's stop promoting players just for the sake of it and actually make the effort of nurturing their careers and giving them fair opportunities. It is certainly the more sustainable way forward.
