Summer Mercato 2011
I think Cesc's value is down mainly b/c everyone knows he wants to play in Barcelona. Even if a club like Milan signs Cesc now, by Jan and for sure after Euro 12, all medias will be like Cesc wants Barca..... It is pretty much a lose lose situation with Cesc as if the club signs him now and win, after Euro 12, Cesc will be like I accomplished all I can with this club now let me go to Barca; on the otherhand, if the club lose, Cesc will say-I want to win....

You can invest 100 millions in youth but what matters is how you develop them and inter-grate them to the team. As much as Milan had not been investing in their youth till a few years ago, there are still plenty of Milan youth products playing their trade in Serie A, they might not be WC but they are solid players and I doubt they can't add depth to the current Milan squad. Foggia, Matri, Borri, Antonelli, Sammarco....just to name a few. Also, sometime I think the title WONDER KID or NEXT so and so are over-rated. Since every year there will be a Next ZZ, Next Ronaldo....but how many of them can become great players?

I mentioned it earlier and I was not kidding, Milan should just concentrate on signing players either under 19/ to develop them, or players at least 25. Since players hitting 25 are no longer prospects, they either showed enough to make you believe he is the real deal or becoming the real deal or just a good player. Either way, MIlan knows what to expect from them and not hope that he can turn into someone great in a year or two.

Not that bad Okmilan. If that has a chance to happen I would certainly support it. But I agree that maybe we'll land Hamsik with modest price, maybe 20-25M. Or Ganso, also within that price range.
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!
I know Kaka will do well back in Milan.
So we should bring an injury prone player, who has lost some of his pace, and who has ridiculous wages, back to Milan?

Seriously?

I would rather see how the youngster performs b4 doing that.
I LOVE MILAN
Agree,I'd rather see el sharaawy plays more.

but I agree the inflation part that we should not be blackmailed by guys like zamparini.

May god with chinese footbball
Nobody is asking for Kaka to come back as a prime target...rather as a last resort in this lunatic mercato.
No ho visto Superman volare, ma ho visto Super Pippo segnare. I supereroi esistono davvero.
The prices are ridiculous..when in the last 2 years Sneijder Ozil Khedrira Sahin Hernanes and Robben 3 years ago all go for less than 20 million and some less then 15 million.
How can anyone seriously think of paying more than 40 million for Hamsik Pastore Bale Aguero ..out of those Aguero is the best known had played in Europe Europa league CL WC copa America..and hadn't won much or inspired his team to win Forlan was more instrumental in Athleticios wins.

It's maybe the last teams will be able to spend what they want , and smaller clubs are holding teams to randsom for fees.
I hope no1 pays this stupid money and next summer the clubs will only half of want they ask for wait longer and it will get lesser.
Supply and demand F that , the players will want to win move and when an unhappy player asks to leave they just won't be able to hold onto them for long after the player expresses his desire to leave.
