next year there will be no top 4, it will be top 3 from now on...
going to be a TOUGH race for the CL.. milan/inter will probably get two... that leaves 1 spot for juve, roma, napoli, lazio

But they want to sell Sanchez Inler is gone , 2 of their best player's.
I'll never understand this practice , qualify barely for the CL then say sell sell sell...SELL!
Surely you'd wait until the next summer to see if it all went Pete Tong.
In other news , I still want to sign Diamanti , any1 agree.
Skillful strong great passer perfect shot..and would be miles better with us than West Ham or Brescia....and he's cheap I want him for the bench.
I've always wondered about that too.
Don Silvio, what is your aim???
To those wondering about selling clubs, this may shed some light on the subject

Anyone here thinks Berlu will sell the Milan?
Personally, I think this is the best time to sell, right before FFP and being Serie A champ. Hopefully he can get it done before the Jan transfer window.
Diamanti is good player, but we dont have place for him. We have Robinho, Boateng, El Shaarwy, Seedorf for his spot, we can sign Ganso or Hamsik as well.
i hope Milan can sign a LCM who is creative and 2 way midfielder. Otherwise we can face problems in midfield, we cant depent on Seedorf there. i'd happy if we can add Asamoah to midfield.

MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!
Great comment there..If Udinese could sell the CL spot they would.
I doubt that they'll get past the qualifiers.
Udinese have just sold Inler & Zapata. Napoli very well may sell Hamsik & Pazienza. What the hell are these teams doing??? I'm sorry but I just don't understand why teams would sell their star players after years of trying to make CL (every team's biggest goals). Even if Napoli buy Pastore and sell Hamsik, it's a different dynamic and takes a season for the team to get used to it. Does not make sense.
Also, why would any player want to go from a CL side to a club NOT in Europe??? (Zapata, Pazienza, etc).
Anyhow, in regards to our transfer market, I think it's obvious that we may wait until the end to sign a midfielder. If that midfielder is Hamsik, it would have to be before CL Qualifiers, and I don't think it would be until after Napoli buys a replacement midfielder (Inler??). I prefer Hamsik to Pastore as Hamsik is more of what Allegri would like (style-wise), but Pastore also very good. Pastore is not a midfielder but a trequartista, so therefore if we were to buy him I do not think we would get Ganso, end of story.
Hamsik's style reminds me of Merkel, and therefore I think he can play in multiple roles in midfield.

As someone pointed out earlier in this thread, Napoli is not in the qualifying stages. Here's the "transfer deadline" (to prevent cuptied players) for the Italian teams:
Palermo - July 28
Roma, Lazio - August 18
Udinese - TBD (early August)
Inter, Napoli - N/A (UCL Group stage; after the aug 31 "normal" transfer window deadline.)
Milan: “Berlusconi fine will not affect the market”
ADRIANO GALLIANI has reassured the supporters.
AC Milan holding company, Fininvest – which is owned by the Berlusconi company, has been ordered to pay €560 million to CIR by court and there were fears that the mercato of the Rossoneri would be hit.
However, in the first press conference of the 2011/2012 season, Milan Vice President Galliani has assured that this decision has nothing to do with Milan, only days after sounding a little concern about it.
“I’d like to take this opportunity and say that the Lodo Mondadori case is not connected to AC Milan and the market of Milan will not be affected, I want to reassure everyone, the fans and the team,” he said.
“The owner of Milan will be Berlusconi, you can sleep calmed.”
Silvio Berlusconi, who is also the Prime Minister of Italy, had to skip this press conference as a sign of mourning and respect of Roberto Marchini, 28-year-old, the Italian sapper who died today in Afghanistan.
