I know some are helping others with avatars, just want to know if anybody is interested in making avatars that will be included as selections for everybody, similar to the ones that MM already has (ie player pics etc.)

You might have mentioned it before but what are you using to make these BMP....as far as converting there are a number of programs...firehand, photoshop...there are some free converters like Pic2Pic (http://www.wavelsoftware.com/pic2pic.htm) and others exist for sure...if you need help tell me

However, before posting those, I will complete the Milan squad so every player presently on the Milan roster (with the exception of Simic and Fiori who havent played one single game this season) and send them to an Administrator.
