Crespo likes Milan and wants to play for rosso neri. Do we want him back?
I think Crespo did a lot for Milan.

I voted no, Crespo is already at his peak and like Sheva, Pippo and Amoroso he will steadily decline over the next few years. In my opinion the next striker we buy should be a younger player to balance the side more.
Plus, Chelsea could change a fortune for him. Can we really afford to spend £12m on a striker with the defence as it is?

No, for the same reasons expressed by Stezagud.

Depending on terms. I mean, if we can get him cheap, why would you sign Amoroso and then say "No" to Crespo? Makes no sense.

Yeah, but we cannot get him cheap......so I prefer buying some good defenders instead :pp20:
yeah i prefer two, good defender but i voted yes,i would have preferd if wee dident buy gila and keeped crespo and only buy new atackers in the next 4 years:sheva-crespo way better the sheva-gila.

That is so true...In 4 years time or even 3 years time it would make sense, but now...Crespo would be better for now, maybe if we had Crespo, we wouldnt be 12 points behind Juventus, with Fiorentina and Roma on our tail..Sheaf Crespo - Sheva worked far more successfully.
I voted yes, I think he would be a good addition to the side.
He is constantly scoring at Chelsea, and also setting up other's goals, which Gila rarely ever does.
Don't misunderstand me though, I think Gila was a great addition but he still has to play several seasons to fullfil his potential completely. In the current circumstances, Crespo could benefit Milan greatly.

Signing Crespo would be like taking a step backwards. Initially, I thought that he could replace Pippo for next season. But closer inspection reveals that he can be just as inconsistent, due to poor form or injury. I say stick with Gila, he's developing nicely into an all-round forward by playing with Sheva (evident in Treviso game, be patient) and acquire a younger striker, like Tavano or Bonazolli. Forget spendig 10 mil euros on Crespo and by a couple of defenders like Chivu, Bovo, Bonera, Barzagli etc.
Good points guys, but I am not necessarily saying that we should buy Crespo now, just that we should never have let him go in the 1st place. He wanted to stay in Milan, but apparently he wasn't offered an extension by Galliani and the gang so he had no choice but to go back to Chelsea. I was very sad to see him go, as he was working well with Sheva and Kaka. I think this season he would have played better than Gila, and once again I am not saying that I do not like Gila. Its just that Crespo is more experienced and he could have been more consistent in some of the games (remember when Gila missed 3 golden opportunities in one half and only Pippo bailed us out in the 94th minute)
BTW The question asks do we want Crespo back, and I answered yes. The queston does not sak should we BUY Crespo back, in that case I woul have most likely answered .

Well, it's very polemical stuff: that's the symbol of Hizbollah.
I want him back. There are several reasons. But first of all I sing for this move providing that chelski wont want [too much] money for his departure. If his price is appropriate then we can start discussion. Regarding Pippo's will to quit the team for Roma, we wont have another striker. Crespo knows our squad quite well, he enjoys Carletto as a coach [if he still wont be sacked] and fans like him too.
Yeah get him back his a good player, pipo whants to go to roma?well he can go crespo is was is gonna be always better then him.Get the trio back again:kaka-sheva-crespo.That was a a elite scoring machine.
I do recall speakin when Crespo had goaless start last season that he is worthless. It was the same with Gila this year. However they both started to score. So if we want to acquire Crespo we have to get rid of one of these two Gila or Pippo. But I recall once Carletto said he fancies idea of possession of five forwards at the same moment... so...
again :keep gila sell pipo, crespo way better.

I agree here, he should ve stayed with Milan...I still dont understand why Milan made such decision...
And you know what?! I think Inzaghi should play most of the time for now and Gila should be substitution, cause while he needs to learn and develope in Milan we still need to win and score...I dont know, maybe Inzaghi 45 mins and Gila 45 mins...I m scared that Inzaghi ll leave us, cause he is full of energy and doesnt play...

We do know alot about Amoroso he's played in serie a for around 5 seasons and he was awesome well maybe not for parma but for udinese. At the moment you have to say crespo is the better player though just becuase he's getting games, but when both on top form it is hard to choose between them.
Amoroso has been top scorer in Italy and Germany.
Stezagud
10-02-2006, 11:41
what about the present?
well the present Gila hasnt done badly has he? we bought a player who had destroyed defences for 2 seasons at Parma before joining us so its not like he is an investment for some distant future, he is already very capable. Give him a season to get used to the club and then we can reap the benefits for the next decade ;)
A lot gets made of Milan never buying talented youngsters but this is one case of Milan doing exactly that, if i recall correctly (and I may be wrong on this) Milan did want to keep Crespo but Chelsea were charging to much. Milan knew that Crespo was already at his peak whereas Gila hadnt reached his yet, and they knew they couldnt afford both of them. The solution was to bring in Vieri with Gila, that way they had a player at his peak to cover Gila while he developed. The flaw in the plan (easy to spot with hindsight) was that Vieri was useless :D which when added to Inzaghi's injury problems has put more pressure on Gilardino to perform immediately.

If Chelsea went out and spent £25m - £30m on a new striker like Torres, Eto o or Henry then its possible they might, maybe, try and sell Crespo this summer rather than risk him moaning about not playing enough and disrupting the squad. They might let him go for £5m or so, but even then i would still prefer we spent that money on the defence instead of a 31 year old forward

As usual you are dead wrong, mister ARROGANCE: the correct transliteration is HIZBOLLAH, because the vowel 'e' didn't exist on the arab alphabet, but only the vowel 'ie', which corresponds to 'i' on our alphabet.
That's for the ortographic transliteration. Regardind phonetic issues, the correct transliteration will be HOZB-ALLÁH.
And of course that I know that it means 'Party of God'.
BTW: if and only if a moderator made that request, I will change the avatar.

it is PRONOUNCED with "ie" but is spelled in ENGLISH (not sure what you mean by "our alphabet" 'cause you don't seem to be native english speaker and neither I am) with an "e" i.e. hezbollah.
Actually, what you said is also true, as it is often spelled as "hizbollah", as well. From what I know, however, hezbollah, is how the western media spells it, while hizbo(u)llah is how they would spell it in the middle east, with latin alphabet that is.
And don't jump over your head by using expressions, whose meaning is well beyond you, like "ortographic transliteration", for instance. You're hardly fooling anyone but yourself.
here is something more on this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hezbollah
btw: I didn't request your changing that avatar, I just gave you an advice for this isn't a forum where political convictions should be openly proclaimed as there are other people, who may very well find these issues "sensitive" - here is a new word for you to learn. You know, apart from the "me" there is also that part called "the rest of the world". And you shouldn't wait for a mod to tell you that but should come up with it on your own, beacuse if someone else draws your attention to it, it means it was already too late. I thought you were mature enough to know that already, but guess I was wrong.

GRE-NO-LI, I would like you to be more courteous when you post in the future. Calling another poster as 'lousy and pretentious idiot', or rude posts such as 'damn you', 'including morons like you' are extremely awful comments.
while I understand your frustration over Zlatanov, please notice that this is a public MM forum. This is not a place for you (two, I would add) to say how wrong the other guy is. If you want to engage in such conversation, please keep it to your private message. You (again, 2 of you) do not need to announce that you are engaged in a War of Word. We are NOT interested in it, nor do we care who is right. It only shows how immature the posts have been made.
For the sake of the quality of MM, please edit and erase your posts. You (and possibly the 2 of you) have enough of our patience. Don't have to make any defense for your case, because words have been posted, read. No matter what Zlan told you, such a reply is extremely awful and simply scare new comers away.
Please, this is not your forum.

I voted yes cuz i really like south amarican players... but in reality
please be noticed that i like every player who was in the Ac Milan Shirt Excpt Vieri
Pippo= let him go to roma he did us good but hes injury prone and hes at his peak.
Crespo=hes amazing he did us much more in one season than pippo did in 3 or 4. don't forget that crespo was the reason that we beat manchester and scored 2 goals in the champions league final. so buy him and put him as a sub.
Crespo For Pippo
Amoroso=WTF!!! hes nothing hes 31 and cant do nothing this transfer is as bad as vieri.
Young Striker= i know we have gila and hes amazing but sheva is losing his peak very slowly but he will evetualy lose it. so we need a player who can move freely like sheva.
my choice:: Milto from zaragoza amazing player whiped R.Madrid i know hes not calcio material but he can fit in just as quik as KAKA.
I Hope Next Year it would be like this
Sheva(Sub: Milto) Gila(Sub: Cresspo)
KAKA
and ya buy some defenders.

I agree that there is no point at looking back at the past, but don't you agree that keeping Crespo, getting Gila, and not getting Vieri would have been the best thing to do. I think in some of the more important games this season Crespo would've perfromed better than Gila, becasue Crespo is more experienced. Gila would then not have faced the same pressure, and Crespo could have delivered more. Again, I am not saying that we should have not brought in Gila, simply that Crespo would have perfromed under these circumsrances. However, this is not an ideal world, and for now I am content with our striker situation. Just that I would prefer to see Crespo as the # 2 striker along with Sheva and with Gila getting slightly less playing time, much like Vieri had.

You know, I think its not even about a number of goals...its about time and place of these goals. Gila can score one of 4 goals against the opponent...but it doesnt really matter, coz we still would win..3:0, 4:0..doesnt make a lot of difference, does it? But Crespo scored such goals that were necessery to win the game - this is more valuable for me...Crespo could score a goal last minute (like with MU in CL febrary 2005)...Thats why I think Crespo is better. He can take stress situations calmly and still produce smth...
Gilardino scored one or 2 of 7 goals, 1 of 5, 1 of 4...those goals were not decisive, do you see my point? If team is playing not well Gila is not scoring, Crespo scored no matter what was the whole team performance...victory and titles - thats what matters at the end of the day..and as an addition to that a good number of goals would be good, but if no - it doesnt change anything... :u125:

1. A rule of thumb. If you want to enter a discussion like this, check the facts first. I'll show below.
2. Basically Crespo scored 4 very important goals for us. I argued before that we overrated his contribution because of this since those goals where almost the only ones he score. That is his two goals against ManU and two against Liverpool. In the league on the other hand he scored his FIRST goal in november in guess what? a 4-1 win. He did in the league just the thing you accuse Gilardino of and his abysmal scoring in the league may very well be the reason we didn't take the scudetto as we relied on him when Sheva and Inzaghi was injuried and he didn't deliver.
3. Gial goals:
Treviso - Milan 0-2, second goal
Milan - Cagliari 2-0, first goal
Empoli - Milan 1-3, goal 1 and 2, practically ensuring the win.
Milan - Udinese 5-1, goal 1 and 4. First being the important of course.
Fiorentina - Milan 3-1, scored our only.
Milan - Messina 4-0, scored the 4th, you where right! ;)
Livorno - Milan 0-3, scored 1 and 2, ensuring the win.
Milan - Parma 4-3, scored the 2, all goals important.
Milan - Treviso 5-0, scored the 3.
Reggina - Milan 1-4, scored the second, important since it put us in the lead.
Basically you are right about 2 or three games, the second Treviso, and first Messina, possibly Udinese game, even though a first goal is always important. Several of the goal where important in ensuring the win as you can see.
Also I take the "Crespo scored when the team played bad" as hyperbole with no basis. If anything have Gilardino proved that by scoring 23 goals two seasons in a row in a close to relegation side that seldom played good at all.
4. Which Crespo didn't win either of.
Guys why dont u take your fight elsewere?gre no li,report him to a moderator and thats it,dont start fighthights cause people like me simply dont care about your fights.
Wise words indeed! If zlatanov and Gre-No-Li have a problem with each other's presence, then PM each other and have it out in private. As for the rudeness and name calling, that doesn't belong on these forums. We don't need to see that sort of behavior here at all.

Facts: 2005/2006
1st giornata
Ascoli - Milan 1-1 Sheva
2d giornata: Milan - Siena; Sheva, Ambrozini, Kaka
3d: Sampdoria - Milan: 2-1; Gilardino (didnt help to win anyway)
4th: Milan - Lazio: 2-0; Sheva, Kaka
5th: Treviso - Milan: 0-2; Sheva, Gila (would ve won anyway)
6th: Milan - Reggina: 2-1; Maldini 2
7th: Cagliari - Milan: 0-2; Gila , Sheva (maybe here he did save Milan from loss, although I m not sure)
8th: Milan- Palermo: 2-1; Gattuso, Inzaghi
9th: Empoli - Milan: 1:3; Gila, Gila, Vieri (If Sheva would ve played, the score d be much bigger...but lets close our eyes on it and say that Gila saved Milan from loss against Empoli haha)
10th: Milan - Juve: 3-1; Kaka, Seedorf, Pirlo
11th: Milan - Udinese: 5:1; Gila, Gila, Seedorf, Pirlo, Kaka (would ve won anyway)
12th: Fiorentina - Milan: 3-1; Gila (didnt help to win, lost anyway)
13th: Milan - Lecce: 2:1; Pirlo, Inzaghi
14thChievo - Milan: 2:1; Kaladze
15th: Inter - Milan: 3:2; Sheva, Stam
16th: Milan - Messina: 4:0; Sheva, Sheva, Pirlo, Gila (would ve won without his goal defenately)
17th: Livorno - Milan: 0:3; Gila, Gila, Sheva (yeah, here he did help, although most possibly would ve won anyway)
18th: Milan - Parma: Cardone (autogoal), Gila, Kaka, Sheva (yeah here Gila made gr8 input, otherwise d be draw)
19th: Roma - Milan: 1:0..lost
20th: Milan - Ascoli: 1:0; Inzaghi
21st: Siena - Milan: 0:3; Kaka, Sheva, Kaka
22d: Milan - Sampdoria: 1:1; Sheva
23d: Lazio - Milan: 0:0
24th: Milan - Treviso: 5:0; Kaka, Sheva, Gila, Sheva, Inzaghi (one of many as usual)
25th: Reggina - Milan: 1:4; Inzaghi 3, Gila (one of many as usual)
So what does statistic show? You probably will not notice, so i ll comment. :w186: Gila scores only in easy games, like with Reggina, Treviso, Cagliari and ususally he scores one out of many goals, so he doesnt deside anything with that...Only seldomly he scores against quite not that easy teams (Fiorentina, Livorno) and how many times his goals were really decisive?! Huh?
But its not even about that...(this is just statistic to show that Gila in fact scores only when everyone else score...)...Crespo really helped Milan a lot in Champions League...actually that we were in Final is his merit. Gila didnt score any goals in CL this years, although he payed 237 minutes in total...well, so Crespo is probably better and should ve stayed.

Agreed and thnx for the statistic i share your comon point so that should prove that crespo is better at the moment then gila and he should have stayd some 3 years more.
Well, 2 different things here:
1.- Yes, Crespo should have stayed...
He wanted to, but had to obey Chelsea's demand for his return.
2.- Gila has nothing to do with this... he had to come anyway... Vieri is the one who wouldn't have come... it could have been Sheva and Gila, with Crespo and Pippo as back up.

Yup Egoistka, we have to sell this profligate, poor forward who only scores against weak teams. At 21, he is too young, and not talented enough to represent our club.
He is selfish, and doesnt make any assists.
He is worthless, and I dont know how or why we bought him. A complete waste of 21M pounds.
But in your wisdom sweetie, please share with us who we should have gotten instead...Ronaldo? Robinho? Adriano? Klose? Makaay? Van Nistelrooy? Rooney? Tevez?

1. I will not notice? I presented the facts before you did. We had problems in these easy games and we clearly need players to score in them. Three points is three points. When we are at it, Crespo didn't score in a single BIG game in serie A. Sheva and Kaka usually do that. We need both. He only scored "one out of many goals" in three games. Many more he scored vital goals. But the concept of "really decisive" is a stupid one, basically it blames him for the failure of teammates and I can safely say that he is not to blame for the goals let in against fiorentina for instance.
2. But the statistics don't show that. Stop lying.
3. Crespo scored in the ManU games. We didn't even let in goals in those games. We also had no other striker aviable. Bascially that is the only game but the final where he really helped us. Nothing is to say Gila could not do that same as we have not even reached that stage of the season yet. In fact comparing Gila to Crespo at this time in the season to would mean that Crespo only scored 3 or 4 goals in total for Milan. Gila have 14.

In fact at the same time last year Crespo scored 8 goals in Serie A (compared to Gila's 14) (You can check this on acmilan.com)
And just to show how "important" these goals were: Crespo scored 2 against Lecce (Milan won 5-2), 2 against Fiorentina (Milan won 6-0) 2 against Messina (Milan won 4-1)
All of them "match-deciding" goals, aren't they????? And of course scored against "big teams"!
I have to admit that I hate to categorize goals in this way, but it wasn't me who came up with this argument.
And I don't think that after turning another thread into "who is better, Sheva or Gila", we should do the same here: who is better Crespo or Gila.

I rate Gila alot better than Crespo at this moment in time: Hernan didn't even have a great season at Milan last term he bagged only 10 goals in serie a in 30 outings. Gila is much more of a predator.

ahahaha i just cant imagine how someone can wrroted like this u want crespo 30y back and beeng #2 striker along woth sheva and puting gila on the banch as like vieri knowing vieri is 33 gila 23 age ahahahaha u want to destroy his carrier come on man ....
tall me have u ever think about sheva who is 30 i know that he is still the best one at milan but time is time
u should be a best coach in the world.
and stop talkin about veterans please
Yeah, so lets then sell everyone: Sheva, Inzaghi, Pirlo, Gattuso, Nesta...just cause they old and ll get some youngsters and see what ll happen..huh?!

crespo did score against BIG teams in serie A against roma(in rome) and against lazio (in sansiro) and if he was given a chance against juve in the sansiro, who knows we might be wearing a scudetto badge on our jersies this season.
If i was to choose between crespo and gila it would be gila all the way. he is younger and he has an awsome average of goals per season (not that crespo doens't score alot in serieA)
an other thing i abslutly love about gila is that he playes alot with his back to the goal to either turn or hold the ball up for his team mates (like that goal seedorf scored against juve)

Oh yeah, Crespo scored against Roma 3 goals - its not counted, is it? Its a little ****ty team...I m not gonna go to statistic again...I ll just say that not amount of goals, but winning, thats what matters. Lets see if Gilardino is capable to do smth valuable for the team against Bayern Munich...Crespo is better and shown much better performance, he used to play with the team, constantly interracting.
And if we reach Final of CL this year - its not gonna be Gilardino's merit - thats for sure.
You forget players who ve done so much for Milan and easily step on the side of those who didnt do much yet...
2. But the statistics don't show that. Stop lying.
I m not lying - open your eyes!!!! Read all the scores again and pay attantion to the teams the goals were scored against...Gila scores only in simple games, just a few games he played well against some stronger teams...Sorry, but if Gila cannot play constantly well (that means also scoring in difficult games like against Inter or Juve), how can he show a good performance in CL???? Crespo maybe didnt score a lot in serie A, but he scored in CL and scored important goals.

Crespo was an important part of our campaign last season and stepped up to the plate when Sheva was injured and when we needed goals (Man U notably). That said, we need to start thinking about the future..I can deal with having Inzaghi as a striker behind Gilardino however signing Crespo would not be the logical choice. We need to 'clean house' and get rid of players that are not helpful and eat up the salary roll and with that need to start investing in defense...our mid field is at a peak age and between Sheva-Gilardino-Kaka our attack is in place. If we do purchase a striker a young quick striker would be the answer.

13-02-2006, 20:36
']Depending on terms. I mean, if we can get him cheap, why would you sign Amoroso and then say "No" to Crespo? Makes no sense.
I think Amoruso was a band-aid solution and I expect to see him gone before the next season begins unless he really impresses from now till then.

i guess u didn't understand what i meant about gila playing with the goal to his back.
I don't usually c lots of strikers who play but not alot of them are good when their backs are towards goal. the thing about it is that he can help the midfileders like kaka and seedorf by holding the ball up for them (like kaka's goal against reggina, seedorf's against juve...etc) and he can turn quickly and effectivly to score like that goal against udinese.

1. Roma last year WAS ****ty, a middle team in crisis that let in load of goals and had three different managers.
2. Well, as someone mentioned none of the goals Crespo had scored this far into the season last year was needed for the win. NOT ONE SINGLE GAME WINNING GOAL. Gila have done that and we have not reached the UCL games in particular which makes your post an assumption that Gila won't...
3. Just your opinion and I disagree. I remember my posts from last year where I complained how often he lost the ball. Crespo is a player that is great in making runs behind the opponent defense, otherwise quite limited. Gila is better in meeting up to get the ball.
4. What do you know? Matches have not even been played and you claim he is not to be merited. sigh.
5. Which player in particular do I forget? Crespo? That only scored in the ManU double meeting?
6. You ARE lying. You said "only when everyone else score", that is clearly not true. Now you try to change it too "scores only in simple games" with a addenum "just a few games he played well against some stronger teams". That your old statment is untrue doesn't change with you changing the meaning of what you said. Indeed has he not scored against Juve and Inter, just like Crespo didn't do. Sheva was born for those games.
7. Because he scored against them when he played for Parma? I don't see the big problem really, while some players score more in those games, like Sheva, there is nothing to say Gila can't do it. It is only natural that not that many players scored in a few choosen games against the best teams. Lets not forget we talk about only TWO games this far.
8. He scored two important goals. two in the whole season. (With possibly some more in serie A late on)
9. I think I pointed out the lie well enough, and the statistics proved it. Maybe you should point out what untrue thing I said and maybe you should admit you where incorrect where you was.
I was incorrect in how many goals Crespo scored this far into the season last year. But the goals was even less important than I believed. No wonder we couldn't win Serie A last year. IMO, with gila instead of Crespo we would have won serie A last year.

Its quite simple Egoistka....Milan´s mangement made a decision:
Keep a 30+ forward, who would cost an arm and a leg, and would be "good" for maybe a season or two, or
Buy a young striker, whose goals almost singlehandedly kept Parma in the top flight, who scored 20+ goals in the toughest defensive league in the world, (for two seasons in a row) with less than "world-class" players providing him service.
We chose the latter, and the rest is history.
I appreciate that you have your opinion...but so do I, and in truth, I prefer Gila to Crespo, because I am not thinking about Milan for the short term, but for the long haul...and Gila is Milan´s future.
Crespo is Milan´s past.
Thanks Hernan, for the goals and the memories, but I look forward now to the creation of many more spectacular memories created by Gila...like the one he put in vs Reggina on Sunday...a master finish, from a tightly marked forward, with a very little window of goal to aim at.

Sorry, I guess this is my choice if I dont want to continue stupid conversation, where no new info comes in, only old one is discussed from all possible and impossible angles..I guess I have a full right to stop it. If he still wants to talk about it, he may find someone else, or talk to himself if it helps.
so If you don't want to continue this "stupid" conversation, I will really appreciate it... but for some reason I feel you're going to try to reply to this to justify yourself, instead of talk about Crespo...
BTW, you're the only source I've seen about a possible return from Crespo...
so if "no new info comes in", it is because there is none...

OK, so now tell me what your position is... you're contradicting yourself...
You opened the thread... you opened the discussion... first of all, you need to let it flow, it may take a different direction than what you anticipated...
it is you who made this more an anti-Gilardino thread, than a Crespo thread...
others have just tried to explain to you why Gilardino is important, and why he should start every game... if you don't like that, that is your problem...
I'm glad you wrote this

I opened this thread to talk about Crespo; although, yes it is true: I have ultra-anti-Gilardino position. I am not trying to hide it or cover it in any way. For me he is just simply not good enough..but comparison of Gila and Crespo was started not by me in this thread:

Gila already scored mroe than Crespo with a big chunk of the season left. Crespo hardly could be said to contribute more on the field either...

ahahaha i just cant imagine how someone can wrroted like this u want crespo 30y back and beeng #2 striker along woth sheva and puting gila on the banch as like vieri knowing vieri is 33 gila 23 age ahahahaha u want to destroy his carrier come on man ....
tall me have u ever think about sheva who is 30 i know that he is still the best one at milan but time is time
u should be a best coach in the world.
and stop talkin about veterans please
I didnt make this thread "anti-Gilardino"'s, I was talking about Crespo contribution to Milan if you didnt notice..
I made a mistake and continued this conversation, had to just ignore it..but its too difficult......well it doesnt go anywhere, and now I just stop participating in it. I would prefer to talk about Crespo and opportunities of getting him back in this thread or about his contribution to Milan...
OK, let's try to do that...
and please try to hold back a little bit of the anti-Gilardinism... it does very little good... we already know that about you, no need to use it in every one of your future posts, ok? Thanks...
About Crespo, we all know he wanted to stay... I don't think he likes Mourinho's plans for him that much... specially since he's been more like a sub for Didier Drogba (who BTW is a great player also)...
Crespo IMO had a better time in Milano, with a bunch or Argentina players/friends, specially all those from Inter, not to mention his new wife...
but business is business, he's gone... doubt we will see him return... remember they almost got Kaladze last offseason... don't think they will try that again, they got Del Horno who has played well for them... and Kaladze's performance has been alright, but not impressive... plus, they have tried to get Sheva, but he's not for sale, and doesn't want to go there... so now Chelsea and Milan could talk about exchanging other position players, like defenders or midfielders...
maybe now Kaladze + $$$ for Del Horno... or Gallas... but I doubt it...
Crespo back? difficult... I think if he didn't go back to Italy, he'd rather return to River... but he's not that old... maybe Spain for a couple of years...
and don't forget Crespo came back to Italy, despite being lost at Chelsea, not playing much, because Ancelotti knew him well from their days at Parma... he had confidence in him...
if Carletto leaves after this season, then Crespo's chances of returning decrease even more...

Oh WOW! OK deal... :pp18:
Maybe yes, maybe no...I dont follow this team much...
Refrain from commenting on it then. The other "big team" he scored against, Lazio was even worse.
Oh yeah, I m stupid little girl, what do I know?? Nuuuuthing..The matches have been played and Gila played there more than 200 moinites and no goals, what do u know???
Don't become hysterical will you? We are talking about the playoff games, those have not been played. It was in two of those that Crespo scored the goals we all remember. I don't recollect if Crespo scored in any group games in last years UCL though.
Oh, only against MU, ...such a little ****ty team...
"Only" is refering to it only being one team. We can't have and rate a striker for one game, we need to do it for a whole season and their contribution. This season is not over and Gila have already outdone him in the scoring department, except he hasn't scored those noticeable goals that Crespo did.
I m not lying, I gave several points if you didnt notice, although they all are related. For now Gila didnt really save our ass (maybe in the future, maybe...I doubt though)
You could have excaped if you instead said that you formulated yourself wrong. For as your statement was back then it is either a lie or worse. "Save our ass", what do you really mean? It have been proved beyond doubt that in some games his goals mattered a lot.
Now as this is a teamsport just scoring is what he needs to do, that others score or the defense fail is hardly his fault.
No you didnt point anything really, you are repeating yourself...I might have been incorrect somewhere, but iut doesnt change the whole situation...
Hehe, trying to escape. The whole situation is that Gila have scored more than Crespo with 1/3 of the season still to play.
And last thing....This thread is not here to compare Crespo and Gilardino, or Sheva and Crespo..or Inzaghi and Crespo. This thread is about fans feelings towards Crespo.
It is what it became.
You are obviously a huge fan of Gilardino, open his Fan Club, or his official thread on this forum and discuss how great he is, I m sure you ll find some other fans of him. You dont like Crespo - OK, fair enough. Ur business.
This disscussion is closed...
Hehe, assumption is the mother of all **** ups. I am not a big fan of Gilardino nor do I dislike Crespo. I argue that Gila is a better scorer.
