Well, this topic is not for dreaming, but only for what we think that will be happen regarding our transfer campaign for the next season.
That said, the players I believe that will join us are the following:
Sneijder, Gallas, Emerson, Oddo, Ibrahimovic

Crespo, Gallas, and Oddo will join us for sure and hopefully Buffon.

You say this topic is not for dreaming then you say Emerson AND Ibra? lol That is only possible if Juve get relegated.
I think Gallas is a certainty, he wants to leave and we need a new defender. As for our strikers, I'm still not sure who Galliani will go for because we've only been linked with Tevez thus far, but there are so many strikers that we could go for. Crespo is also a choice but I don't believe we need him.
I think we will buy: Gallas, Sneijder, Oddo, Torres or Tevez, Diarra

Im about 90% sure Gallas will join and will be very happy if/when he does after campaigning for the move :)
Of the rest, Oddo is possible and with the Sheva money :( we would be in a strong position to sign Diarra too. Another striker is going to be essential too, though where can we find a new Sheva? I'd like Totti but its not likely, as Gila is still young i think we'll probably sign a relatively experienced striker to play with him, Luca Toni or someone like that. Its not really Milans style to rely on 3 guys in there early 20s (Kaka, Gila and whoever) up front but maybe they'll surprise me and sgin Torres or Tevez...

Berlusconi, Galliani and Co will look to revamp AC Milan for the future and i anticipate that the side will get a new look in the summer. With the sale of Sheva to Chelsea, a new era dawns and with Mr Berlusconi back and his buying power he will want to show Chelsea that they do not own the transfer market.
..
I feel that Adriano will be AC Milan's major signing costing us around 25 Million pound. AC Milan will also look to strengthen its back and mids. Gallas will sign for Milan as will Diarra. Milan will also purchase a new right/left back and new midfield options.
NEW RESPONSIBILITY FOR GILA
28/05/2006 14:01
Andriy Shevchenko has not left Milan yet but already the Rossoneri fans are thinking ahead to next season. Marcio Amoroso, Alberto Gilardino and Filippo Inzaghi are the three current strikers and the responsibility will now fall on their shoulders and, above all, Gila's. The young star arrived at the club a year ago and in his first season helped repay his hefty transfer fee by scoring 17 goals in the league. Gilardino will have the opportunity to gain more international experience this summer as he leads the Italy attack at the World Cup and then come back even more fired up for the campaign, both at home and in Europe.

This might mean they don't intend to buy a very highly rated striker, being that they count on Gila to carry all of the attack...

Absolutely agree that Gila should be our main striker next year, he deserves the opportunity. However it is expected for all big European clubs to have 4 main strikers. Amoruso and Inzaghi can provide support for Gila but they are not exactly at their peak anymore, so I definitely feel we need to buy a young striker, whether it is a big move for someone like Torres/Teves/Eto'o or an alternative option like Mido who I believe is very good.

id want an investment made in to adriano, i think he is what we are looking for, plus if you think about it shevchenko was gettin old aswell
Haha. Some of you just can't stop living in a dream world. The thread is supposed to be realistic, not who you want. There is absolutely no chance that Eto'o is coming to Milan anytime soon. And some of the others aren't very realistic either.
Gallas will almost certainly come in exchange for Sheva. It is also possible that either Drogba (who apparently wants very badly to join Milan) or Crespo could also come. David Suazo is also a realistic possibility. I think there's a good chance of Oddo coming. Poulsen obviously. Gourcuff may very well sign with Milan, but he also might be loaned out to someone like PSG even if he is. He's only 19, so I don't really expect him to be in a Milan jersey next year. The rest just really remain to be seen.
Some of you seem to be obsessed with acquiring somebody you think could replace Sheva. Sorry, but nobody will replace Sheva. But nobody needs to. Milan could bring in a striker such as Suazo and use the rest of their transfer budget to build up the rest of the squad. Superstars are often better developed than bought at the height of their games. And no big names are coming from Juventus unless and until they are relegated, so don't waste your time. The management is not playing fantasy football. They're trying to build a real team. There's a big difference.

Eto just said that he wouldnt join Milan if he was asked........
I think our best bet would be Suazo or Ibrahimovic, Sheva has left at the worst time, just before the world cup.... Anyone who does shines prices will jump!
I think Gourcuff may play a bit, all depends who quickly he can settle into the squad... I can see Gilardino playing a big part next year, Next Massaro?
Adriano would be great , Inter knowing , they're stupid enough to sell him to us.He's capable of doing great things. But I'm not sure if he's going to join Milan.
I think it would be realistic if we get Suazo for a nice price.
As already mentioned I think Crespo,Drogba,Suazo,Gourcuff,Gallas and Oddo are realistic signings.
Gourcuff might not want to leave France yet , so that could be a small problem eventough Milan is not so far away from the French borders.
Gallas will be in Sheva deal.(hopefully)
With the right negotiation tactics we can bring in Oddo for a fair amount of €'s.
Crespo and Drogba one of them could be in Sheva deal too , but I don't like them really , we already have 2 strikers who are the same type as Crespo and Drogba.
I hope Milan managment suprises me and a lot of others and buys some great players who will do wel in our team.
:5horse:
I have my doubts with Ibra , also his attitude is not what it should be.
After the WC it's possible some players get a higher price tag , but money shouldn't be the problem this time.

Juventus playing in Serie B next year is no fantasy football at all. The scandal is simply too big for it not to happen.
On the other hand, I am pretty sure that Juve's management would definitely prefer to sell Emerson, Ibrahimovic or Zambrotta abroad.
However it is not unrealistic to think that one of these 3 players will train at Milanello the next season.

I really HOPE your prospects to materialize, 'cause I hate Emerson and don't really like Ibrahimovic, Diarra, Torres and Tevez being a whole lot better players.
Bufoon, Gallas, Oddo for sure.
Most importantly though, aside from players, and what are your opinions on this issue that hasn't been mentioned yet.
I want this Presidential decree that Milan play a 2-striker, 4-man backline gone. It really handcuffs the manager from putting out a side that really is suited for each player and his strengths.
Anyway, with three guys I just mentioned we should be well covered in the defensive end. What we really need to talk about is the midfield as opposed to strikers. If we diversify the midfield with wide and versatile players, we can be successful playing with just in-box strikers.

Crespo, Gallas, and Oddo will join us for sure and hopefully Buffon.
... but otherwise I hope you were WRONG, 'cause Crespo for $hevchenko is a PATHETIC deal.
With Sheva now leaving our transfer budget will obviously go up.
Realistically speaking, I really think that one of Ibrahimovic or Van Nistelrooy will come to Milano andn maybe even Cassano. What happened in Juve is just too much for some players and it is obvious that nobody wants to play in Serie B.
I am not so sure about RVN however, because it is simple: He wants out - Milan needs a striker = the press linking it strongly. I don't know how much he will help us though as we do have 2 strikers already from the same kind.
Players in:
-STRIKER( really don't know what to think as too many players are being equally linked and to say a name would just be speculating)
-Diarra: Milan has shown their desire for the midfielder even if reports have calmed down lately. With the Sheva transfer, I think it is really possible that we will see Diarra at Milan next year
-Gallas: I think he is a Milan player 99% no matter what Chelsea is denying
-Oddo: It also might be that another right back comes but I think the interest for this guy has been too much for the club to miss out on him yet again
-Kaka's understudy: Rui left so we will need someone to back up Kaka! I think we will see Fiore, unless the club has turned their hads towards someone else that we don't know about.

the Gourcoeuff will not join us, he is being chased by 3 other teams.. 2 of which are in france.. he is only 19, i think he wants he'd rather stay in france
with favali in and rui out and sheva out and gallas in i see it this way:
1st:RvN or Cresspo, ther are cheap and and milan needs a striker with gila taking sheva's role i see anyone of them in.
2nd:Snider, kaka's back up, sub, spare part, and he is very young i see him in seedorf's place after he leaves us.
3rd:Edmilson or Emerson(only if juve gets to serie B) as anccolti said milan needs a MF to hold the the attack for pirlo (u know wat i mean lol) and i see edmilson is realistic because with now barca has all the mony in the world they will go for youngsters and stars and if not and dont who is anccolti is thinking of.
As long for:-
Defence:Gallas,Favali,Maldini,Nesta,Cafu,Serginho, and Kaladze.
Mid Field:Seedorf,Pilro,Gattuso,KAKA,Snider,Edmilson(or Emerson),Janku,Vogel,Ambro.
Offence: Gila(Main Strtiker),Inzaghi(Super Pippo),Amurosu(douts),RVD or Cresspo. see a space maybe one young striker just for emergency's or Vucinic or Marchoine.
Goalkeeping: As long as dida goes his performance in the wc will determine weather he will stay at milan or no if not, hello buffon.
i see this line-up next season:-
DIDA
Cafu Nesta Gallas Maldini
Pilro
Gattuso Seedorf
KAKA
Gila RVN/Cresspo
Subs:Favali,(the new goalkeeper we just bought),Inzaghi,Snider, serginho,Ambro,Kaladze.
Also we may get Brochi
Is it a fact that Silvio going to spend money  I try to read all news but the only thing I have heard of is the "revolution", no "Chelsea statements" like we going for him.

The only thing I Know is that when the Napoli's attorneys will have finished to hear the rest of the recorded phone calls made by Lucianone and the rest of the cuppola, things will only be worse for Juventus.
I don't know if you remember that Milan was relegated in Serie B at the beginning of the 80's for far less.
So Juventus will SURELY be relegated, and obviously won't be able to afford the wages of the team's stars even if they are willing to play in Serie B.
Do you really believe that Milan will buy Suazo (a very good player), while there is a more than concrete possibility to buy a younger and more talented player who would be the perfect partner for Gila or Pippo?

Our board can be so goddamned conservative and unpredictable at the same time that one ca'nt really know what they are planning to do...
quoted by myself in another thread:
with sheva almost officially gone i would like to see the following take place:
players out:
- Shevchenko
- Rui Costa
- Stam
- Amoroso
- Favalli (trade with oddo)
- Simic
- Costacurta (but he signed)
- Ambrosini (only if emerson or diarra join)
Players In:
- Adriano/Ibrahimovic/Makaay/Kuyt
- Tavano/Suazo/Vucinic/Cassano
- Gourcoff/Sneijder
- Gallas
- Zambrotta/Oddo(if trade with favalli fails)
- Diarra/Emerson
- Foggia
the ones i believe will happen are: Gallas, Oddo, Emerson, Foggia, and a striker (if juve drop Ibrahimovic, if not crespo)

I hope MK18 will be wrong too!
Well... after $hevchenko's departure, I guess we are right in the middle of a crucial crossroads: we can head for glory, purchasing talented players like Torres, Tevez, Gallas, Sneijder, Diarra, De Rossi, Gourcuff, etc. and building a powerful side for the years to come; or we can go down signing throwaways like Favalli, Emerson, Poulsen, Fat Ronnie, Crespo and conforming ourselves to be a third rate squad.
So now it's up to the board to decide what future they want for Milan.

I agree, Eto'o isn't realistic, but we need to be ambitious. I see a lot of people content with signing Crespo or Drogba. Excuse me? Did Milan fall of a cliff and die? We are still one of the best teams in the world, and on any given day can beat the best, but in order to maintain a great squad you need great players. Lets demand players like Torres and Teves...heck even RVN is better than some of the strikers being mentioned.
We already have Stam and Rui Costa leaving, and Sheva will be going as well. These are three world class players, and we need three world class replacements. In this case I see Gallas, Sneijder, and Torres as potential signings.
Of course, we need players in other positions as well. Maldini and Costacurta aren't getting any younger, and Pirlo was figured out by our opponents. Therefore I believe we need another defender (Oddo?) and a midfielder (Diarra).
io could be that we will sign 5 or 6 players, maybe more. Favalli and Coppola are ours, we are going for Gallas, oddo, Gurcuff ( im not sure about spelling ) and a DM ( diarra, poulsen, de rossi ), and a forward. So a small revolution could be done...

Are you kidding me? (or were you refering to Trotski's follower?)
I was never into phylosophy much. I have read and got interested only lately.
I have always been into science. Just read a book called "Fermat's enigma", loved it - I was introduced to that famuos problem about at the same age as prof. Wiles, the guy who finally proved it. I have been fascinated with numbers, values and proofs. I hated when they shoved down our throats all that "Das Capital" etc. I was a C student as far as phylosophy was concerned.
P.S. I think P. Fermat pulled a genious trick on the future matematicians of the world.
I think, he knew that his name would be remembered in centuries if he was right.
It didn't matter that he had no proof.

But maybe Milan's style of play would be more suitable for Drogba and he might become the player you thought he would when he played for Marseille. I have thought all along that Drogba was more a victim of Chelsea's style than anything else. I have a feeling he might do well at Milan.
I don't think there's any chance at all of getting Eto'o. Very little chance of getting Adriano. And the only way Ibrahimovich might be sold to Milan were if Juventus were relegated, which hasn't happened yet (and I'm not convinced it's going to happen). My first choice would be Tevez, but I think Drogba and Suazo are more realistic to expect. I really like Suazo a lot. The video shows he has pace, power, skill too at Cargliari. A type of Eto, we can use him in combination with Gila or Inzaghi. However men, proving that in CL, in Milan is another thing.

The more I think about it the more sense it makes to go for Tevez over Torres, though it is looking unlikely we will go for either. Torres has said many times he wants to stay in Spain, so even though we might be able to tempt him to Milan I'm not sure if he will adjust. On the other hand we have Tevez, who will jump at the chance of moving to Milan.
Some users are saying Chelsea will get Sheva and Tevez, and give us Drogba in exchange. If thats the case then I definitely think we're getting the bad end of the deal. From what I've seen of Drogba, he is not good enough for Milan. He might have been great in France, but that isn't exactly a tough league. He hasn't proven himself at Chelsea either, despite them winning the league for two years. Thats why we need to go for either Tevez or Torres.
And the player from Feyernood that Chelsea have signed is Kalou, who I believe is a winger.
Gila,pippo,suazo,drogba....not bad. But Sheva, Crespo, Tevez, Kaloon with Lampard, ballack, makelele, duff,robben,cole..... :(

If the scenery outlined by Milany was to happen, we'll be heading for a really atrocious season, 'cause we'll have much more weaker squad than the 2005/2006's one. I'm praying with all my faith for you to be wrong, buddy.
you may be true but i don't think that the milan tarnfer policy will change basing this on the thread(Realistic)
i love for milan to have star players and all, but that would be fantesy football.
and it would'nt be that weak ;-
Gila- is gona be stronger after the worldcup.
KAKA - Just needs to play a world cup after that he will do wonders
Pilro - with anccolti's new plan Pilro can play more freely where milan will be very dangerous.
Maldini - never lost faith in him and never will, our defence will be tougher than ever with him, nesta, and gallas.(in the defending role)
Dida- well... just as i said before it will determined after the world cup.
Snider,Edmilson - will be great, believe me i see the guys play and they just are awsome. and with edmilson and gatuso in the miffield, no one will be able to start an attack with thier key player.
and also with juve regulated, the chances are very high towards us.
i like changes but i dont like them sudden(real madrid) it should be changing slowly so that player can adapt to each other.
as far as Cresspo and RvN, i didn't like that one either maybe Toni would be a great choice regarding that hes 20 mil euro and the sheva deal could be over 40 mil euro, so we my have enough money.
anyway u and i are supports forever and watever milan does i will suport them.

That's surely beyond any shadow of a doubt, but I'm begging for more ambition and boldness. To replace Sheva with Crespo would a clearly demonstration of mediocrity and utter lack of winning ambitions.
Haha. Believe me, the video is a very good representation! I watch him play all the time -- probably at least a dozen times this past season alone! He's very impressive! :rone:
Then we've absolutely got to get him in !!! ;)

i guess ur rite but if you put it that way.
no one can replace sheva's ambtion of scoring. cresspo maybe joining us as a good sub. but as far as sheva's replacment berlu has to suprise us like he always did.
anyway everybody saw in a couple of sites saying that milan are targeting RvN, is ruud anygood than cresspo, or can tevez adapt to our style of play, i see drogba can be useful but still can't hold on to kaka's speed.

The video shows he has pace, power, skill too at Cargliari. A type of Eto, we can use him in combination with Gila or Inzaghi. However men, proving that in CL, in Milan is another thing.
What I have not seen from this video (shown only once) is
whether Suazo can head well? Any comments.

One thing I think is for sure: Torres will leave Atlético Madrid. Yesterday I watched SportsCenter on ESPN and Aguero is moving to Atlético for a "modest" sum of US$ 27 million.
And I doubt they have that amount of money except if they already sold Torres.

we should go for Suazo and eto'o/ ibrahimovic. Then we would have killer attack! Suazo is only 6 mil, we can certanly afford it.
are you serious, how come no other clubs have put in an offer
what are milan waiting for???

Unfortunatelly I can't remember, we've been reading so many reports on the last months! :zany:
If Suazo can put in a performance like that for a club like Cagliari. Then we should go for him. Besides, he is a seasoned player in the serie a. He'll be a good bargain

He is a fantastic player to play the forth forward role.

Exactly why the hell didnt we include Gallas in this deal, he is an awesome defender and will definetly help our defense. I recall him saying that he wants a move to milan, so whats the problem here? I say go for him now

Some great news, Gourcuff says he wants to join milan

If we do get Crespo, i hope he replaces Amoroso. I still don't like him though. I'd rather get Vucinic or Farfan to replace Amoroso. As for Sheva, it's either going to be Tevez or Suazo. Gourcuff would be a good catch. He's young and he'll be cheap. I think.
There are rumours that Seedorf may leave. I hope De Rossi replaces him.

In this specific case, I think Mourinho is the last obstacle to let him go. Or maybe we can get Zambrotta for a reasonable price.
But sooner or later Gallas, Gourcuff, a steal in the calciomercato, and Perea will join us. Not so sure about Zambrotta.
Now I think Torres and Gerrard are more than just a possibility. But we need to be patient.

from what I have read Gourcuff is a great attacking midfielder, who has good pace, shooting and passing ability he would be a great player to back up Kaka
I doubt Gerard or Torres will ever come to Milan. First of all, Torres has said that he won't leave Spain. He will either go to Real or Barca in the future. Second, Gerard would have left 2 seasons ago to Chelsea if he wanted to. Besides, he is a Liverpool icon. I'd rather settle for De Rossi and Tevez
I guess we are targeting Chivu.....skipping on Gallas

According to calciomercato.com, Mourinho desperatly wants to keep Gallas. But I think Abramovich included him in Sheva deal and it'll take some time to convince the Portuguese tactician. Probably it was a Abramovich/Berlusconi deal with no space for Mourinho.
But there were some rumours last winter about a 13 million euros bid for Chivu and he almost become a rossonero. Spaletti was the obstacle that time.
