Which players do you believe that will REALLY join us?

Well, this topic is not for dreaming, but only for what we think that will be happen regarding our transfer campaign for the next season.

That said, the players I believe that will join us are the following:

Sneijder, Gallas, Emerson, Oddo, Ibrahimovic

You say this topic is not for dreaming then you say Emerson AND Ibra? lol That is only possible if Juve get relegated.

I think Gallas is a certainty, he wants to leave and we need a new defender. As for our strikers, I'm still not sure who Galliani will go for because we've only been linked with Tevez thus far, but there are so many strikers that we could go for. Crespo is also a choice but I don't believe we need him.

I think we will buy: Gallas, Sneijder, Oddo, Torres or Tevez, Diarra

Im about 90% sure Gallas will join and will be very happy if/when he does after campaigning for the move

Of the rest, Oddo is possible and with the Sheva money we would be in a strong position to sign Diarra too. Another striker is going to be essential too, though where can we find a new Sheva? I'd like Totti but its not likely, as Gila is still young i think we'll probably sign a relatively experienced striker to play with him, Luca Toni or someone like that. Its not really Milans style to rely on 3 guys in there early 20s (Kaka, Gila and whoever) up front but maybe they'll surprise me and sgin Torres or Tevez...

Berlusconi, Galliani and Co will look to revamp AC Milan for the future and i anticipate that the side will get a new look in the summer. With the sale of Sheva to Chelsea, a new era dawns and with Mr Berlusconi back and his buying power he will want to show Chelsea that they do not own the transfer market.
..
I feel that Adriano will be AC Milan's major signing costing us around 25 Million pound. AC Milan will also look to strengthen its back and mids. Gallas will sign for Milan as will Diarra. Milan will also purchase a new right/left back and new midfield options.

NEW RESPONSIBILITY FOR GILA
28/05/2006 14:01

Andriy Shevchenko has not left Milan yet but already the Rossoneri fans are thinking ahead to next season. Marcio Amoroso, Alberto Gilardino and Filippo Inzaghi are the three current strikers and the responsibility will now fall on their shoulders and, above all, Gila's. The young star arrived at the club a year ago and in his first season helped repay his hefty transfer fee by scoring 17 goals in the league. Gilardino will have the opportunity to gain more international experience this summer as he leads the Italy attack at the World Cup and then come back even more fired up for the campaign, both at home and in Europe.

This might mean they don't intend to buy a very highly rated striker, being that they count on Gila to carry all of the attack...

Godspeed, Andriy, but don't hope for no Champion's League, for that will be ours to win for the next years !

Absolutely agree that Gila should be our main striker next year, he deserves the opportunity. However it is expected for all big European clubs to have 4 main strikers. Amoruso and Inzaghi can provide support for Gila but they are not exactly at their peak anymore, so I definitely feel we need to buy a young striker, whether it is a big move for someone like Torres/Teves/Eto'o or an alternative option like Mido who I believe is very good.

Haha. Some of you just can't stop living in a dream world. The thread is supposed to be realistic, not who you want. There is absolutely no chance that Eto'o is coming to Milan anytime soon. And some of the others aren't very realistic either.

Gallas will almost certainly come in exchange for Sheva. It is also possible that either Drogba (who apparently wants very badly to join Milan) or Crespo could also come. David Suazo is also a realistic possibility. I think there's a good chance of Oddo coming. Poulsen obviously. Gourcuff may very well sign with Milan, but he also might be loaned out to someone like PSG even if he is. He's only 19, so I don't really expect him to be in a Milan jersey next year. The rest just really remain to be seen.

Some of you seem to be obsessed with acquiring somebody you think could replace Sheva. Sorry, but nobody will replace Sheva. But nobody needs to. Milan could bring in a striker such as Suazo and use the rest of their transfer budget to build up the rest of the squad. Superstars are often better developed than bought at the height of their games. And no big names are coming from Juventus unless and until they are relegated, so don't waste your time. The management is not playing fantasy football. They're trying to build a real team. There's a big difference.

Eto just said that he wouldnt join Milan if he was asked........

I think our best bet would be Suazo or Ibrahimovic, Sheva has left at the worst time, just before the world cup.... Anyone who does shines prices will jump!

I think Gourcuff may play a bit, all depends who quickly he can settle into the squad... I can see Gilardino playing a big part next year, Next Massaro?

Adriano would be great , Inter knowing , they're stupid enough to sell him to us.He's capable of doing great things. But I'm not sure if he's going to join Milan.
I think it would be realistic if we get Suazo for a nice price.

As already mentioned I think Crespo,Drogba,Suazo,Gourcuff,Gallas and Oddo are realistic signings.

Gourcuff might not want to leave France yet , so that could be a small problem eventough Milan is not so far away from the French borders.

Gallas will be in Sheva deal.(hopefully)

With the right negotiation tactics we can bring in Oddo for a fair amount of €'s.

Crespo and Drogba one of them could be in Sheva deal too , but I don't like them really , we already have 2 strikers who are the same type as Crespo and Drogba.

I hope Milan managment suprises me and a lot of others and buys some great players who will do wel in our team.

I have my doubts with Ibra , also his attitude is not what it should be.

After the WC it's possible some players get a higher price tag , but money shouldn't be the problem this time.
