Interesting, that is the rule that governs much of Sweden, we call it "Jantelagen"... (who was Jante? translate: "Law of Jante") It is really as stupid thing as it only tells people to be nobodies and keep being that. I could rant on with this as within it lies many of the weaknesses of Swedes.
