Singapore fans stand up and be counted

We need people to come up and support our ideas cause if it's only 2 or 3 of us,what's the point of having a fan club.
But having a Milan fan club is really great!!!
Reasons:
1)We could know each other better when we meet up
2)Getting to watch live matches together instead of shouting like a mad man alone at home
3)Favourite pass time to all of us
4)Rival the local inter fan club
Etc.....etc....etc

Does this show that Inter fan are more pro-active in S'pore or there are simply more inter fan in S'pore to form a club like that???

he meant if there are only 2-3 people supporting the idea of having milan fan club in spore... not 2-3 people supporting milan...

im staying in the western side of singapore and 3/4 of the people wearing jerseys are of milan... yah and one of my friend who dont know anything about soccer bought a milan jersey.... when i asked him why he bought that he said milan is the most popular team now so he bought that..!!

I rather be a die hard Milan fan than supporting any other club which is doing well or being most popular (being a fan we have to accept ups and down of our team) .Part of the reasons why there a lots of Singaporean wearing man u jersey is that they are doing very well for the past few years and of course the media!!!!

I also think TNP is quite biased. Of cousre they often report about Man United, Liverpool, Inter and Real Madrid more comprehensively. Of course I know that there are many newspapers that report different sports, so far I think Shin Ming Ri Pao give the best reports. Milan is frequently reported in that paper, both their results and some of the team rumours. a must read paper for all the Milan fans in Sinagpore.

If you wish to read news only about milan, its better not to buy any of those paper.

Is it possible to get Forza Milan here?I know it is in Italian,but i have 1 issue i bought in Japan,for an astonishing 1800 yen (abt $20),and i quite like it..
Also,is there any other magazine that focuses on Italian soccer here?I think theres one..by channel4 or something..but i dont know of any other..

Yes it is a Chinese paper. This paper have the most comprehensive reports on football after TNP. TNP is more biased, but this paper is more balanced in the reports they dont give so much empathsis on Man United. In fact it gives a lot of reports on Milan. Of course there are many Internet sites that report on Serie A matches and rumours.
Soccerage is the best site to read Serie A news. It has many languages like English,Italian, French, Spanish, Danish, German, Japanes, Korean, Chinese and Thai.

Yes we connot really rely on the local news station (Ch5, CH8, Channel Newsasia) for football news especially for Serie A teams (with the exception of Inter) Even Newspapers like Straits Times, Streats, Today, Lian He Zao Pao/Wan Pao or Barita Harian reports mostly Premiership teams, with less popular teams like Inter of Real ccasional. Well I supposed most local papers are not really a good source of news for Serie A teams, then what about Milan? The internet is a much netter source of news, with Soccerage giving regular team news results, rumours, and match preview of the big 3 Italian clubs. Soccernet is too biased towrd the English teams. I supposed for those people that dont know Chinese in Singapore, maybe you can try reading football news on Teletexr page 192 on channel five. This is a good source of news for the non-premiership clubs. There is plenty of news on La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga. There are news on match results, league standings, qualifiers and friendly and national team reports, rumours and injury news. Smaller leagues' match results like Czech league, South African league, Sbottish Premier league, Russian league, Brazilian championship and Agentinean Aperatua are also occasionally reported. Of course the match reports of Milan is shown in almost every Serie A or Champions league match. The only problem you may find is that the news are often too brief because of the limited space on the screen.

The sports section in asia -occasionally- has reports on Milan..but they are short and written together with some Spanish league news..they are usually previews and reports on the bigger teams..so it amounts to quite little serie a coverage at all.usually its the epl and s-league that gets the attention..and channel 5 only shows short clips of epl games or chanpions league games involving mostly manchester united.i also have to resort to the internet to get all the info and news on milan.

Now i truly rely on cable tv to watch milan matches but sometimes it's just frustrating when there are no coverage on milan matches. Miss those days when the local tv station broadcast the serie A.
Just hope that Milan could lift the european cup in old trafford this may and bring back the glory of italian football again minus the fan crowd riot

Local tv used to broadcast serie a matches??!!I also have to rely on channel 21/22..but i miss many late matches because of school ..so the next day i have to go to the school com lab and check the scores..although during cl matches i switched on the tv at 5.30am to check the scores.

our 1-week holiday starts a week later so i'll miss Milan-chievo.

My mother told me that while watching the news that the person who shot his ex-colleague was wearing an AC Milan jersey when he was being led off by the police.She said he was wearing a red and black jersey with "a cross and star on the badge" which makes me pretty sure it IS an AC Milan jersey.

Well lonewolf, that is a Umbro sport jersey. It is black and a have a red cross in a white backgrong for the badge.
