i watched ladder 49 when it hit theatres. i was watching it with 7 other girls...and we were content throughout the whole movie, up until the last 10 min. when the girl at the end of our row starting balling her face out. she couldn't stop crying! oh my...we all walked out of the theatres with running mascara

*memories*

anyway, i rented it last night, but this time i didn't cry

i was prepared.

I watched "Around the world in 80 days" ... the 1960's movie with David Niven and a whole host of other classic British actors, it's fantastic, particularly the bits in the reform club

ACMILAN1983 · 28-03-2005, 12:00

thanks for the info Joanna, I'll keep an eye out for it

Redman · 28-03-2005, 15:34

Anyone into the horror type?

ACMILAN1983 · 28-03-2005, 15:54

I like a lot of classic asian horrors, much in the way of the Ring series style

aga · 29-03-2005, 04:10

n not really satisfied
the story imo not as good as the 1st one

Yeah, I watched it last night also, I certainly was less than I expected + nothing new from the first one. I almost fell asleep!

P.S.: Who's that cute girl in your avatar?

aga · 29-03-2005, 13:28

ruby lin
taiwanese actress

I'm bored so I thought I'd post this little clip which I found quite funny off of a Japanese tv show. As you can probably tell by the link, its related to the Ring film series
